Dear Martyn,
We found the apartments 2 Bay and Yonge Apartment Suites to be ideally located and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned and well maintained and it was good to have a well equipped kitchen-even though we did not cook. The laundrette was cheap and easy to use too. Our only comment was that the initial booking was made for the 26th floor and there were renovation works taking place on the 27th - very noisy. They quickly moved us to the 20th floor but with some foresight they could have located us there to start with and saved themselves and us a bit of extra work.
It was a very successful holiday though and I have contacted your agency again re a booking in Barcelona for October of this year.

Regarding your email about the accommodation at 7 Dundas and Parliament We were very imprested by the property itself and by the helpfulness of your staff and the staff at the apartments particularly Jessie. The value for money was outstanding and the location was perfect for reaching tourist attractions. The only one thing we were surprised by was that on your specifications it said parking was provided but when we got there we were told we had to pay. However we all had a very pleasant first experience of staying at an apartment and we will be repeating it again hopefully to the same high standards

We recently booked through you an apartment at 4 Bloor West Apartments Suites on our recent visit to Toronto. We were most impressed with the accommodation and were extremely happy with the location of the accommodation also. We found the staff to be the politest and the most helpful, even to our children. The staff were full of suggestions (at our request only) of places to visit, restaurants to use, events taking place at that time and could have not been better! it was so good we are looking into going again!!!!!
Apartments2book were helpful, friendly and at all times available, which surprised us the most. &They personally recommended the accommodation as they check it thoroughly and we were not disappointed. I would recommend them to any friends etc if looking for accommodation abroad.

Thank you for your fax of 8 October concerning my recent reservation at the 19 Yonge and Church Apts Suites in Toronto.
The apartment itself was excellent, clean and spacious and very well situated in the centre of Toronto for easy access to the whole of the city. This was particularly helpful as one of my two friends who travelled with me is confined to a wheel chair. The staff at the apartment building were very helpful and friendly and all in all the apartment was excellent value at an amazingly low price.
I would like to thank Emmanuelle, at your firm for all her help, she was extremely helpful and polite which made the booking so much easier. I would certainly recommend Apartments2book to other people and in fact have already passed the details onto a friend who wishes to travel to Toronto next year. I will have no hesitation booking through yourselves next time I travel.

Dear Martyn,
We were quite pleased with the service and the standard of the apartments 7 Dundas and Parliament The staff were very helpful and supportive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The apartment itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We could have used some more cutlery (forks etc) but that was a minor issue. We were a little surprised at the neighbourhood, which seemed a little seedy and contained a number of unsavoury characters, but it was only a few blocks walk to the centre of Toronto, which was a bonus. You may care to look at your signage outside the apartment block as there was nothing to indicate that we were in the right location when we first arrived.
We enjoyed our stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay at 9 Eaton Apartment Residence. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out the staff was helpful and friendly.
The central location is close to restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, public transportation and more. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the apartment is larger then needed for 1 person. The apartment is cleaned at a weekly bases, supplying new linen, towels etc.. The fully equipped gym and swimming pool with sauna and whirlpool met all expectations.
I can certainly recommend the apartment to people staying in the city for a longer period (1-6 months).

Returned yesterday from our 2 week stay in Toronto 20 Theatre District, We booked 2 * 2 bed roomed apartments. Although there was a problem initially i.e they only had one 2 bed roomed apartment available, but compensated by giving us 2 additional one bed roomed apartments. This was OK for one night but as we had youngsters with our party we really needed the 2 * 2 bed roomed apartments which the local booking agent sorted out for us the day after we arrived. Notwithstanding the small issue at the start I am writing to inform you that we were extremely impressed with the quality, location, price and amenities at the Theatre District Residence and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to others travelling to Toronto

The apartment 19 Yonge and Church Apts was in a great location with 24 hour supermarkets on the doorstep, close to the underground rail system. main shopping area and cinemas. Our 12th floor, south facing balcony had a lovely view of the CN Tower. The accommodation was basic, but spacious and good value for money. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Just a quick comment. I have been very happy with the service of your company as well as the management of 19 Yonge and Church Apts. My stay could be organized in a very efficient and easy way.
Regarding the quality of the apartments there is one comment I have to make. In the studio I had booked in the first place, people must have been smoking quite heavily. I had to ask about another room and managed to move to a renovated 1 bedroom apartment (the service given to me doing that was very helpful). The furniture in this second place looked much more to what I was used to and I felt much more comfortable. If I had known that there are renovated and other rooms I might have chosen the renovated ones in the first place.

Your staff was excellent--even reimbursing me when the rates went down.
19 Yonge and Church Apts as a pleasant surprise. The rooms were large, with ceiling fans, in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Thank you for your email, 19 Yonge and Church Apts were very comfortable indeed. The staff were welcoming and the apartment was indeed ideal for our needs. The situation was ideal for walking to most of the sights in the city and public transport was only a short distance away if you needed to use it. The apartments had lots of tourist information available and were clean and very quiet. We found them excellent value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. All in all we were most comfortable and must again comment on the reception staff for their welcoming attitude and helpful manner. regards

Our accommodations in Toronto at 19 Yonge and Church Apts were very nice. they were all that we expected and then some. the staff was very helpful. the only problem had to do with parking. the garage was difficult to mauve in. there should also be an entrance to the building from the garage without having to go outside. we look forward to staying with you again.
