Good morning Mr Lawson
The apartment we stayed in at the 20 - Luxury Apartment Suites was fabulous.
Firstly, we requested a room on one of the higher levels of the building and were given a room on the 29th floor - there are only 31 floors in the building!
The room had two balconies, and although it was a bit too cold to be sitting out on them for any length of time, they provided wonderful views out to the north west of Sydney in one direction, and out towards the harbour (although couldn't see it) in another direction...
The room was very clean and housekeeping came in both mornings to tidy up our beds and do any dishes we had left out - both actions were unexpected, but very welcome!
Both bedrooms were perhaps a little smaller than I'm used to but the living space made up for it as did the spa bath and well appointed kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and blankets if we needed them.
The only hiccup we had was we had requested specific bedding arrangements in each room (king bed in the second bedroom and 2 singles in the main bedroom). They had it the other way around when we arrived, and because we arrived quite late (9pmish) housekeeping had gone home and this couldn't be changed until the next day. Didn't really bother us and may have been a mis-communication by both parties...them and us. True to their word, the situation was rectified the next morning while we were out.
The building is situated down the Chinatown end of the city centre, but we found it to still be a fairly central location for what we had planned to do. It was about a 10 -15 minute walk to Martin Place, about a 20-25 minute walk to Circular Quay, and about a 10 minute walk to the Capitol Theatre (maybe 15 minutes in high heels!)....
I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to my friends.

We stayed at the 12 Darling Harbour Apartments for a week in April 2008. It was very well situated, an easy walking distance to many amenities and attractions. The apartment was very spacious and well kept, albeit the kitchen was not well stocked with crockery or pans/ovenware. This was corrected quickly by the concierge. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay, in a great location at a good price. We even had a view of the harbour.
Your website is not as modern looking as some of your competitors, but like the layout of the different price brackets for the apartments.
Very friendly staff on the phone.

The hotel was excellent. the rooms were spacious 20 - Luxury Apartment Suites, clean and well set up. All the equipment we needed was in the apartment. The views over the Harbour to the bridge and Opera house were wonderful. If we had known we would have booked the room for New Year's Eve. The facilities in the complex were excellent. The gym was good. Perhaps a few exercise balls for the gym? The location was also good, being in Bondi Junction and near Woollahra and Bondi Beach. We would love to return next time we are in Sydney.

The apartments was was commendably spacious with ample windows and ranch sliders to provide fresh air and light 6 Botanic Gardens Apartments The furnishings however were a bit Spartan, and what was there seamed a bit "tired". The kitchen utensils were only barley adequate for 4 people. The ceiling in the main bedroom looked like it had been subject to flood damage in the past, and not properly repaired . The carpet in the main living area was strained and had at least 1 cigarette burn in it.
Additionally some of the eclectic plug outlets didn't work
Though reasonable value, the apartment would benefit from some TLC.

We would have liked to utilise the pool and gym facilities more, liked that the breakfast and parking facility was included in price. Would have liked more Foxtel channel choices.
 My husband and I stayed at the 2 Chippendale Apartments in Chippendale, and it was fine for our 3 week stay. Central, close to the city and adequate for our needs. One thing about the parking spots, there never seemed to be enough spots at times, esp later at night. If we had paid the money you do expect the parking.

Thank you for booking the apartment in Sydney. 6 Botanic Gardens Apartments It was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay.  The apartment suite was great for our family of four and the building was in a great location.  We totally took advantage of the bus route he apartment is on.  It made Sydney a 10 out of 10 for us.  Thank you for your help.  The only recommendation I have is that the elevators made a strange noise and should probably get looked at but other than that it was great.

These apartments are amazing, 12 Darling Harbour Apartments very spacious, clean, and very comfortable with first class facilities and views (on the higher floors). The staff were brilliant. I’d highly recommend them (in fact I already have)!

We were very happy with the overall service and have already recommended you to some of our friends. The apartments 6 Botanic Gardens Apartments were in an ideal location, clean, spacious and well equipped if a little tired in places. The common areas had been recently refurbished to a high standard and were very pleasant.
We were surprised that very little was made of the facilities (pool and gym) in the apartment information pack. Having found the pool this became understandable. Having said that the place was a real find and made for a great stay in Sydney.

We found the 15 CBD Apartment Hotel very well suited to our family's needs and it was reasonably accurately described on your website. centrally located, well-equipped, clean but somewhat cramped, and very well attended by a helpful and accommodating staff. We did not find the state of repair to be as good as it should have been, and we did have to ask a number of times to have various appliances repaired or kitchen implements stocked, although staff were most helpful and obliging -- they certainly tried to help. We found it surprising that internet service was not available in the apartments as yet, and we encouraged the hotel management to add this feature.

I thought this was a great apartment 20 - Luxury Apartment Suites  and great value, particularly given its location. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to others.   I was disappointed I was unable to get a late checkout and would like to see some system set aside to allow this? I was holding meetings all day and flew out that night. We had to hold the meeting elsewhere. regards

12 Darling Harbour Apartments was outstanding -- great  split level 2 bed/2 bath apt with fantastic view high quality fittings and  furnishing other than the sofa bed (why?) -- This is  luxury living in the  heart of downtown Sydney -- not to be missed other apartment was 20 - Luxury Apartment Suites very good -high quantity 2 bed apartment with all facilities and services -- great location - Sofa bed  (ugh !) other wise great value for money -- lacks view but we were spoiled by the Darling harbour experience -- highly recommended

The landlady was lovely, really help full and just went out of her way to help us in any way we needed. it was safe and secure also very homely and you felt safe and comfortable there.

Thanks for your email regarding the apartment we booked through your company in Bondi. living in Bondi First of all thank you for your prompt reply to my original enquiry. The apartment was very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The only problem was that it was on the fourth floor and there was no lift. The location was excellent as it was on the main bus route to Sydney or a 5 minute bus ride to Bondi Junction train Station. On the whole we cannot complain we had a great time and will probably use your company again. Thanks Keith Wakefield

My family recently stayed at your 15 CBD Apartment Hotel  in Sydney.
I made the booking for them on the internet and then rang your UK office to confirm it. I found your staff at the U K office extremely helpful and the booking was all completed as they said it would be.
The apartment was clean and of a good stranded. It was very centrally situated to the city and the Darling Harbour facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I intend travelling again next year and will certainly be using your website to book my accommodation .

The accommodation was of a very good standard and the facilities were very good.  The staff in the apartments were very helpful and extremely pleasant.  Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently.  The area of Randwick was excellent with Centennial Park about 100 yards away from the apartment.  There was a good shopping area ten minutes walk away, together with a vast variety of restaurants in the same area and the Sydney city centre was only a short bus ride away. I can highly recommend  8 Centennial Park Apartments to everyone.

The apartment was great! 12 Darling Harbour Apartments
It was open, modern and spacious with a great view.  The staff were helpful and friendly.
There was a problem with the aircon which they did eventually address by day 3.  I had a whinge at checkout time but then they informed me that they had upgraded us from a studio to 1 bed apartment, so on reflection I conceded.  Why they didn’t tell us of this at check in I don’t know.
In summary, I have been very impressed by the level of service, both of apartments2book and the accom.  I will definitely not hesitate in using you again and would be willing to recommend to any friends and family.

The apartment:1 Lower CBD Apartments
We were very happy with the friendliness and level of service of the staff. The location and facilities were very convenient and well suited to our requirements.  The only problems were a musty smell in the corridor and in the main bedroom, and the dining chairs were too low for eating at the table.  Having a washing machine and car bay was extremely useful.
The booking service:
It was helpful to have a range of apartments for viewing on the one website, and the website was simple to use.  The photos were good - I never book accommodation over the net unless there are photos.  I especially appreciated receiving personal emails during the booking process.

The apartment accommodation at 12 Darling Harbour Apartments  was superb - spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was ideal, being within easy walking distance of Darling Harbour with fine restaurants and attractions and only two blocks in the opposite direction to the City Centre. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay in Sydney. This is the second time I have used your company for accommodation (February2005, Toronto) and have no hesitation in recommending your services in the future. In fact, I will now be seeking accommodation for my family vacation in New York for August this year. I trust your rates will be as favourable as those for Toronto and Sydney.

 We had a fabulous stay in the 12 Darling Harbour Apartments We would definitely see if we could book with you again if we were heading to Sydney at any time. It was very central to all public transport and within walking distance of Darling Harbour, shopping, sightseeing etc. And best of all the rates were suitable for our budget. Staff were very helpful and service staff were very professional when in our apartment (we happened to be there a couple of servicing days) even going so far once as to make up our baby's porta cot neatly. This was a lovely personal touch. The apartment itself was very modern and clean. We were impressed by the amenities - shower and bath, dishwasher, built in laundry, gas top stove, air conditioning, dvd... Also, the cleanliness of the property facilities, pool and gym. The only wonder we had was the drainage smell which seemed to be worse in the enclosed laundry especially when we were running water elsewhere in the apartment... Many thanks for your assistance in helping us acquire accommodation for our stay and the friendly manner in which it was done. We were very grateful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the 4 Inner West Apartments, which were very spacious and well maintained.  We did find however that the kitchen was not as well equipped as would have been expected, shortages of plates, glasses and decent knives, plus the lack of pans and cooking dishes was some what of a problem at times.
Also perhaps another hand towel for the bathroom, as 1 between 4 adults per week is not a lot. The caretaker also forgot to inform us where the laundry facilities were located as the information provided in the apartment folder appeared to be out of date.
These are only minor things and we all had a fantastic time, thanks again.

6 Botanic Gardens Apartments in Sydney.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay their, the apartments were clean, spacious and modern.  The service was very friendly, the breakfast room was also very clean and there was ample choice for breakfast.  The view of the Sydney skyline from the apartment was spectacular and was more than we expected for the price we paid.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Australia, the 1 Lower CBD Apartments where in an excellent position, and the amenities within our room were very good, albeit very worn and shabby looking, i.e. the settees where ripped, the shower door cracked, the floor carpet stained but everything in the rooms were very useful. Our greeting on our first day of arrival by the female receptionist was somewhat miserable especially after we had all been travelling for all those hours. She was unfriendly and told us to return at 3pm to check in no earlier and it was 08.00am at the time which was quite daunting.  Rather an unwelcome start to our holiday but this did not spoil it for us.  After a few days a very nice man replaced the unhappy receptionist though.  In hindsight I would stay here again for its locality and facilities in the room even though they were quite tired and probably in need of refurbishment. Hope this has been useful, its amazing what impression a persons greeting can make on your trip though don't you think.
