Thank you for your concern, this is the second time we have booked
apartments with your company. We have also recommended your company
to other friends and family. So, our apartment in Rome were very central, 2
Residence Vatican Museum very clean, and safe, however,
the room we booked, i must say (studio for two), was verging on claustrophobic...
mind you we didn't spend allot of time there but it was very hard for
my husband (who is a large man!) and myself to manoeuvre around the
apartment and would only recommend it for one person really. Also,
the staff were very pleasant, however, we were misinformed on Wednesday
morning by one young chap at reception; we were double checking with
him that the pope was attending St. Peters square that morning, he
informed us 'No. he wasn't'.. having got up at just before 7am to make
our way to the Vatican to attend the popes audience we were quiet disappointed
(as we had been told before we left Ireland he would be there on the
Wednesday morning) but, we were more disappointed to realise in fact
he was there and had just left when we arrived!!! Apart from than,
we had a pleasant stay, and will definitely be booking with you again.

in Rome and I must 'CONFESS' that I had a very nice time. The staff
was very friendly, the apartments were very clean and the location

Mr. Lawson,
We were very pleased with the location of the apartment. 12 Living in Rome It
was far enough away from the larger, busy street
Corso Vittorio Emanuele to not get the street noise and it was ideally
located near Campo de Fiori. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for
the family of 4. It did not have a hair dryer, but the manager had
one delivered the very next day. Plus, our only baggage checked and
lost by the airline was finally delivered to the apartment managers
office and then delivered to our apartment. Outstanding service.
The only bad issue that we had about the apartment was that it only
had 1/2 roll of toilet paper upon arrival. We had to search for a
shop the next day for toilet paper. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful
and the local manager, Mr. Amadeo, was very helpful.

Hi Martyn,
Just a few comments.
My booking through Mariella was very easy and I found her very helpful.
3 Vatican City apartments
are very nice and very spacious. Location not too bad - beside the
Vatican but a bus ride away from centre of Rome City.
The staff were extremely nice and extremely helpful. They gave us
a lot of information about places to visit and the best ways to get
there. Breakfast on the rooftop was a very pleasant experience for
us as we are not use to weather that will permit this.
The apartments are very clean and tidy and are cleaned daily.
If I were to have a complaint it is only that the Satellite TV channels
are all in Italian. I was expecting to have some in English.

I am indeed very pleased to reply to your email re our recent stay
at the 3 Vatican City in Rome. We
could not of been more pleased with the apartment and also the staff.
The apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and clean.
It was in a great position and we were able to do so much sightseeing
without any problems. The fact that it is so close to St.Peters was wonderful.
The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem
for them. They made us feel so welcome and we particularly loved
the buffet breakfasts. Next time we visit Rome we will definitely

6 Residence Via Nazionale was
absolutely wonderful. It was a truly beautiful hotel/residence with
most elegant apartments. The staff were helpful and friendly (24 hour
reception) and an excellent breakfast was served in the dining room.
The hotel is wonderfully situated just off Via Nazionale with a nearby
supermarket, bus stops, and the possibility of walking to many of Rome’s
attractions. We would definitely go back!

My family and I would like to thank you for the fantastic accommodation
at the 4 The Palatine Hill Rome.
We have stayed in serviced apartments in other major cities around
the world, but have never seen apartments that were as big, or as well
maintained.
The front desk staff (especially Luigi and Walter) were excellent.
They were kind enough to book taxis for us, recommend modes of transport
to/from our destinations, and help order our meals over the phone (because
we could not speak Italian).
We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast room. The pastries,
cereal, fresh fruit and beverages were continually restocked, and were
absolutely delicious.
Overall, we loved our stay, and will tell all our friends about your
accommodation.

We stayed in apartment E-4 in 3 Vatican City for
4 nights. It was a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment that was very acceptable
to us. Despite some early confusion (only expecting 4 / beds only made
up for 3 / we had 5!) things soon got on track. Staff were extremely
helpful and location to town very good, Drawbacks were noise from adjoining
railway (not mentioned in site) and failure to advise of additional
parking costs when booking. We would also recommend you provide guests
with a nearest cross street when using sat nav as their are 2 3 Vatican City
All in all would rate say 7/10.

place was terrific because not only was it clean and comfortable,
but it was a fantastic location. We were able to walk to all
the wonderful sites in Rome and had everything we needed close

We were delighted with the apartment 4 The Palatine Hill It was
clean and comfortable, and is in a great position in Rome. The staff
were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even organised a babysitter
for us on night I would definitely stay here again, and would check
out your apartments in other cities. We are very happy customers!
Chris Groves This was my third experience at using Apartments2book
and will definitely use them again. The staff has always been

The apartment in Rome 4 4 The Palatine Hill was
fairly basic but it was clean and located in a convenient area so
we could walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and other local
attractions. I preferred the apartment I used last year in
Rome and requested again this trip, but this one was just fine and
their staff was accommodating. The two restraints located behind
the building were very nice and I would recommend them.
We’re already starting initial plans for another girls trip
next year – maybe Spain. So I’m sure you’ll
be hearing from me again. I think finding this link on the
web was one of the best finds I’ve had in years! Great

a nice location and we found it easy to walk around town
to area sights. The first apartment was very roomy. It
was difficult to close the shudders to the windows to block
out light at night even with the curtains. The baby crib
was difficult to put up and my husband pinched his hand doing
it. The beds were comfortable and everything else was
nice. The second apartment was inconvenient to move to
although we appreciated the ability to do so in the same building.
The second apartment made me nervous to have the windows open
at all because there were no bars protecting children from
leaning out and perhaps falling out the windows. We
were only in this apartment for 1 night and it suited our
needs
fine other than that.

We loved both the Rome 4 The Palatine Hill and
the Florence 5 Residence Piazza Duomo accommodations.
The staff at both places were quite helpful and did everything they
could to make our stay more enjoyable. We even moved furniture from
1 room to another so we could all have dinner together in Florence.
The Florence staff even special ordered croissants every morning
for us. We thought the breakfast in Rome was a bit high; Florence
was quite reasonable. Our only suggestion would be to provide a detailed
map or directions with the exact location of the hotel. We had booked
a night in Venice through another company and they even had restaurant
suggestions along with very detailed directions. We would certainly
recommend your website to anyone and we were very pleased with the
caliber of the apartments. Thank you so much for all the trouble
you took to make sure we would be in the same hotels as my brother.

We were very pleased with our rental at 12 Living in Rome The
location in Trastevere was perfect--we not only enjoyed the nearby neighbourhood,
but also found we could walk from there to most sites we wanted to visit in the
city, such as the Vatican, Piazza Navona, the Forum, etc. By the end
of our stay we had met several people on our vicolo and in the neighbourhood
and felt very welcome and at home. We still find ourselves listening for the
church bells...
The apartment itself was bright and comfortable; we felt it was a
very good value. (Even though we expected them, the three flights
of stairs were daunting at first; but we decided the extra steps
allowed us to eat more gelato!) Amedeo was very helpful and nice,
as was his associate. We have two small suggestions for the apartment: The couch
should be replaced soon; the springs have seen better days long ago
and it's hard to sit comfortably. Also, tell the renters where to
take trash and/or post a list of trash/recycling collection
days to aid in housekeeping.
We would definitely recommend your service to our friends and will
use it if we come to Rome again. Feel free to post any of our comments.

4 The Palatine Hill was
a fine hotel. The staff were very friendly, more than
helpful and very approachable. It is very slightly out of the
centre
but this was fine. It is set back from a busy road but we could not
hear any traffic noise - a true bonus in Rome!
The only down side was the breakfast area which was very small indeed
- seating for about 6 people only.

I don’t know if you received my email before, but I was
with Kristin when we stayed in 2 Hyde Park the
first week of March and we loved it!
There were four of us that stayed in Rome 6 Residence Via Nazionale and
it’s unanimous, we’ll look to stay at your properties
every time! No more hotels for us. We loved the room
and the location was PERFECT!! The staff was very helpful,
and we loved the entire experience. Travelling with 4 women
and being able to stay together (instead of two separate hotel
rooms) really enhanced the trip.
I have already been asked by many of my friends for your website
so they can start using you for their International travel. I’m
almost afraid to give it to too many people in fear that when I’m
ready to use it again, everything will be booked!

Just to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday, the apartment
was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We are planning to go back to Rome again this year sometime because
we enjoyed it so much. I would recommend 3 Vatican City to
anybody without hesitation. We only had one very small complaint,
which is that there was no kettle for boiling water to make a cup
of good old British tea. This was our first venture into booking
a holiday on the internet, our dealings with Mariella went
very smoothly from start to finish and I would not hesitate to use

Only one comment to make overall the 3 Vatican City Residence was
superb. Staff happy friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy and
most importantly cool where there was air conditioning. Breakfasts
on the roof garden were a positive delight. Reception were happy
to organise taxi transport on our behalf to and from the airport
and we were always greeted with a smile.
Good and reasonable restaurants e.g. wine bar and Trattoria in close
proximity and the Vatican and St Peters literally round the
corner. Good info re tours available in reception. the domestic staff
equally friendly courteous and helpful. A definite 4/5 star experience
at reasonable cost -

Hi Martyn,
The apartment in Rome 3 Vatican City Residence again
was very good and everything was in order. The staff were very helpful
and the place was serviced daily. We felt that the carpeting was
in need of a good clean but we just wore sandals when moving around.
Whilst not as spectacular as the Florence unit, we have no complaints.
We did have a balcony albeit small but it allowed us to view the
city from the balcony. Again the location was perfect allowing
us to walk to all the major sights and, the train station. The place
had a large common balcony just outside our door and the balcony
overlooked the fountain and centre core of the facility. It was very
pleasant and we made use of it regularly. It was a nice feature of
the building. I kind thought that the place was trying to serve two
masters; the hotel guests and the apartment dwellers and, that the
focus may have been slanted towards the big spenders i.e. the hotel
guests( maybe not) but, I would still recommend the place as
a good choice for people who are looking for a good clean well located
apartment. The rest of our vacation was spent in a four star hotel
in Sorrento where we bathed in luxury and rested after our train
adventures throughout Italy. All in all, a very good experience dealing
with you and apartments2book.I
will spread the good word. What do you have for Dublin Ireland?
