Our stay at 2 Midtown South at 31st was very pleasant and we would be pleased to return at an other time. The room was clean, the air condition did work and the location of the hotel is great. The room was comfortable – on the large side compared to other NY hotel rooms we stayed in the past. The internet was expensive though more or less in line with hotel charges for internet use.

Good afternoon,
we were very happy with the our stay in 8 Mid Town East Apartment Hotel . Very good price value for the location and service. Great location between 2nd and 3rd avenue and just 5 min. to the Grand Central station - sub and bus connections. Apartment was big with daily cleaning service and all mod. kitchen appliance. I would stay in 8 Mid Town East Apartment Hotel definitely again.

9 Murray Hill at 39th.We were very pleased , the accommodation was absolutely fine and we couldn’t fault the service which was both efficient and friendly. We would definitely go back again.
Just one comment -the room layout is rather strange to us – 2 large double beds both in the bedroom – why not 1 in the bedroom and 1 for the kids in the living room ? Maybe this is an American trait as every 1 bed apt in Europe i have ever stayed in has been laid out for kids in living room and mum and dad in the bedroom. However , this did not impact on our holiday .
Additionally ,this is the second time we have booked through you , and as before your booking process and staff in UK couldn’t be faulted.

Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped - particularly with good sized fridge and comfy bed.

We stayed in 4 Midtown East at 49th on two occasions and think it is great. The location is excellent and the standard of accommodation is high. It is however, the excellent staff that make this place a pleasure to visit. We felt safe and comfortable at all times, a lovely feeling for 'first timers' in New York!! The combination of great hospitality and a respect for individual needs mean that we will definitely be back.

MY husband and our two daughters stayed in number 4 Midtown East at 49th 145 and Lexington. Excellent location. We had booked a one bedroom apartment but were given the penthouse. The apartment was spick and span. Excellent taste.
The people at the front desk were amazing: helpful , cheerful. Breakfast was great too. I will never forget the pancakes!!! WE had a problem with our flight and Eddy managed to give us one room for the night and made us feel at home. Everyone ( Issac, I'm so I can remember all their names) was kind, I will definitely recommend you to all my friends in Argentina and look forward to coming back some day in the future. Thank you!!!

Although a bit dated, very clean, staff were excellent and helpful, location 1st rate, good diners and restaurants close by, 20 minutes walk to most top attractions. We would recommend them and yourselves to our friends for future trips.

I was very pleased with the accommodation. Very clean and quiet and staff very obliging and friendly. It was helpful having the little kitchenette particularly as Fairways is across the road and had so many yummy things to eat and drink there. The location was excellent - so close to the subway and walking distance to many things and places. Overall I would highly recommend 11 Upper Westside at 75th and would stay again if the opportunity arose again.

The Hotel was in a great location with great places to eat and shops close by, 11 Upper Westside at 75th and we enjoyed the Hotel very much. The room was a good size, and been recently refurbished. The hotel staff were very helpful.
The only issue we had was the rate they tried to charge was higher than the rate we had agreed with you. However they did adjust the bill to your rate when we pointed this out.

Just a note to thank you for arranging our accommodation in New York last week 9 Murray Hill at 39th
The apartment was brilliantly located (we already knew the area). It was comfortable and clean and suited our purposes. It wasn't luxurious or decorated in a contemporary style, but seemed to have been recently spruced up (except for the kitchen) and represented very good value for money. There is everything you could want in the area, and public transport (bus and subway) only a couple of blocks away.
Our one criticism is that the sofa bed, whilst suitable for our two children (ages 6 and 8) was not in great condition and would not have been suitable for even one adult.
Comments on Trip Advisor by other visitors suggested that the staff were unhelpful. We disagree and found everyone very helpful, although not always particularly knowledgeable. We will definitely use your services again and will be recommending you to others

We are a family of 4 and rented a 1 bed roomed apartment in 11 Upper Westside at 75th. The apartment was very spacious, and very much to our liking. The location was great being such a short walk to the Subway, across the road from a fabulous supermarket, and about a 10 minute walk from central park. Having Starbucks across the road also added to the appeal, so we could have espresso with our apartment breakfasts. We also had very little road noise.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments, I would say that in New York it represents excellent value for money.
Also I found apartments2book staff to be very friendly and efficient.

I'm happy to report that we had no problems whatsoever. I was a little reticent about booking through apartments2book.com as there was little feedback on the internet about it, and I was in unknown territory. However, everything went smoothly, and 11 Upper Westside at 75th was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, with an admittedly small kitchenette, but still useful. The free internet access was handy and the location is great. It's three short blocks from 72nd Street Station which takes you down to Columbus Circle and Times Square in less than five minutes. The supermarket opposite, Central Park just three blocks away and a plethora of restaurants and bars nearby and on Amsterdam means if I return to New York, I'll probably go back to the Upper Westside.
Overall, no complaints and I'd have no problem using you again.

9 Murray Hill at 39th We would like to advise you that the Apt and staff were excellent and the APT was kept clean and tidy to a high standard during our stay. Great location. We shall certainly try to book again.
There is building work going on next door from early morning and it stops by 9pm.NYC does however suffer from building activities all the time !! We had no problem as we were out all day. We enjoyed eating at Blooms diner which is just 5 minutes away on Lexington Avenue.

Location was perfect. Could walk to terrific shops and restaurants and Central Park. Our room looked like it had been recently redone and was very neat and clean. Even though our room faced Broadway the windows and curtains prevented sound and sunlight from interfering with a good nights sleep. Would highly recommended the 11 Upper Westside at 75th to anyone looking to stay in a great NYC neighbourhood!

We (6 family members) stayed in the New York Apartment 9 Murray Hill at 39th for 4 nights in May 2008. We had a fantastic time and the hotel was perfect. The rooms were clean, ready on time, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was located close to all amenities including the subway (less than a five minute walk). I would recommend this hotel for people who are not looking for anything fancy but clean and easy.   I stayed at 9 Murray Hill at 39th and it was one of the best accommodation i had stayed in while visiting New York. It was clean, spacious, friendly - all that you can ask for. I'm afraid the pictures on the website doesn't do it justice because I thought all the rooms were nicely decorated. We had a party of 15 and was unable to secure 3 apartments by booking in advance in February. We also had two children and the apartments were perfect. No complaints at all. Central and close to everything, would stay again during my next visit to the city.

My experience with apartments2book.com was a positive one, and I will most definitely be using your company again in the future. Your staff was responsive to my inquiries, courteous and professional at all times.
I cannot adequately express in words my satisfaction with our stay at 9 Murray Hill at 39th The property is perfectly situated in Midtown Manhattan, and Grand Central Station is an easy walk (3 blocks) away. The neighbourhood is quiet (by New York standards), and anything you could need is nearby including restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience markets. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The doorman always greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello, which really made us feel welcome. Whether we needed a cab, or directions, he was always there to take care of us. The front desk staff was also friendly and professional. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy, which was nice to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor, and were very happy with the accommodations. The decor may be a little dated, but everything is in good condition and was quite comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends, and will definitely be returning again on my next trip to New York. Thank you, apartments2book.com!

We stayed at 4 Midtown East at 49th   for 10 nights in March 2008 we had a fantastic time, the apartment and the Staff were fantastic, the looked after us very well. I would recommend this very highly. The apartment was spacious(2 bed rooms) and a television in each room as well as the sitting room. We look forward to returning there again.

Feedback on the service and property itself was brilliant!!! We had booked a 1bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment 4 Midtown East at 49th and the property was perfect for our needs, very well appointed, brilliantly located and we would absolutely return to it in a moment.
My query is a clarification on cost. The confirmation email from you that included a deposit from my credit card, I believed that this cost was a deposit on the total accommodation cost and therefore to be deducted from the total cost upon payment at the accommodation in New York. When I came to pay, the cost was not deducted from the total amount. Is this the standard procedure??
Please let me know if you need more detail.
I would really appreciate your clarification in this matter.

We stayed at 11 Upper Westside at 75th and was very pleased with the accommodation and the price. Although the decor was slightly dated the layout was terrific. The kitchenette was brilliant as we have 2 young boys and I could feed then when needed. Actually the kitchenette was missing some essentials like knives (sharp, cutting ones) and chopping boards. The location is excellent. Having the two supermarkets over the road and being so close to the subway made life very easy. The people I dealt with in the UK office where extremely polite and patient with us, as we had to change our dates twice. Many thanks for helping us find a great place to stay. Cheers

The Website is Great. However I would like to see more pictures of the apartments available. The picture in your web was not as nice as the apartment se stayed in.

The apartment was fantastic- an excellent location and large and clean. 4 Midtown East at 49th Every morning there was a fresh array of bagels etc and juice for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was when we were to check out (we tried to do it the night before to save time) and the computer systems were not working. We had a very early flight that morning and this delayed us slightly. We asked to be sent the final bill (a receipt) which I still do not have. (I would appreciate if you could chase this).
This is a small glitch and really I cannot recommend the apartment enough. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The location was especially great...2-3 blocks from both Times Square and Rockefeller Centre, and close to the subway. 7 Midtown Times Square. The accommodations were very nice, TV and air conditioning in each room and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We rented a 2 bedroom which had a pullout sofa in the living area. The staff on hand were very helpful. We are planning a trip to Rome in the fall and may consider an apartment there as well!

Overall, the serviced apartment was very good. Staff were friendly and cheerful. The apartment was well serviced and when we asked for things to be done (there was initially not enough crockery and glassware), they were done very quickly. It was clear that staff had been told to keep customers satisfied in any practical way, and they were doing their best to carry this out.
The apartment itself was just as described, and fully met our needs.
Overall, therefore, we were very satisfied customers.

Due to very suitable location of 9 Murray Hill at 39th we could visit easily, walking all major NY landmarks and any means of transportation was at ease as well.

just wanted to say that we had a really enjoyable stay at the 9 Murray Hill at 39th, for 5 nights in April. We had booked a Junior Suite for my husband, myself and son, but on arrival we were upgraded (at no extra charge) to a one bedroom apartment with 2 huge double beds; better still it was a penthouse apartment on the top floor, with a balcony and a stunning view of the Empire State building. Lots of room, stacks of cupboard space, clean and quiet.
The location was excellent, and we used the buses a lot, buying a six journey Metro card which cost just 10 dollars. We can recommend the nearby Italian restaurant, Fagiolini, on the corner of East 39th and Lexington. We also enjoyed a meal at the Madison Bistro, on Madison Avenue between 37th and 38th Streets; we had the set lunch menu for just over $20 and it was good value.
New York lived up to our expectations; our personal favourites were the Frick museum, MOMA (free on Thursday from late afternoon), the Ellis Island museum, the Empire State, the main New York Library building, and a night at the Metropolitan Opera.

7 Midtown Times Square - Loved it...it is the perfect location for tourists to New York. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. It was the perfect tourist accommodations within the heart of Times Square and the Theatre District. I would highly recommend this place.

Our stay at 11 Upper Westside at 75th was wonderful. The Location is perfect, surrounded by lots of retail, restaurants, attractions and well placed for transportation. Also, even though on a busy street, there is very little night noise. The apartment was clean and pleasantly decorated and the staff friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be a larger coffee maker in the kitchen.

The apartment at 2 Midtown South at 31st was very good, in fact it exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to find it within a hotel, but that made it all the more special to have both the facilities of an apartment and the assistance that a hotel provides.
The property was very clean, and had everything you required. The desk was very helpful and friendly, and answered all questions professionally. The location was excellent, and was only a few blocks away from the biggest attractions.
I defiantly will look at using apartments2book again on any future holidays.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at 2 Midtown South at 31st I was expecting an apartment block as per previous experiences (not booked through yourselves) and was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel with all the services that comes with a hotel, e.g. concierge, doorman, reception. They were very accommodating on our arrival to change our room to one away from the lifts. I was extremely pleased to find a pillow menu as I have problems with my neck and upper back so to be able to have the same type of pillow I have at home was a rare treat. The location , opposite Penn Station, was perfect for us. I could not fault the accommodation or the service throughout the booking and our stay. I would definitely consider using your services again in the future.

The assistance I received from your staff was probably above and beyond their job descriptions. Something went wrong originally and two ladies on your staff, Angie and Matilda, co-operated in getting us confirmation of a booking at the last minute.
Our accommodation at the 2 Midtown South at 31st  was about as we expected. Such service that we required was prompt and courteous.
Only two concerns - the rate was a bit higher than we expected for that property and the one window where there was any view at all had condensation between the panes so the window had to be open to see anything.

Recently returned from New York. 9 Murray Hill at 39th Apartment was spacious, clean, well serviced and ideally situated in Manhattan. Cab fare max $10 for most places in Manhattan even in peak period so for four of us we enjoyed the views as we travelled around.

We arrived at  9 Murray Hill at 39th on 28th Oct 2006, very exhausted after long delay , thankfully on entering our apartment we soon cheered up. Our accommodation was fantastic the rooms were off excellent size an we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had the best of both worlds cook breakfast or eat out, as there was a fantastic restaurant on the corner, also I recommend the deli, also conveniently round the corner, which stocks everything from drink to bread !! Just a word off warning as this is the city that never sleeps, be prepared for the sound of traffic constant! But with views of the empire state building and within walking distance to 5th avenue, these apartments are a must.

We stayed at 4 Midtown East at 49th  New York.
I absolutely loved it there. I will definitely be booking them again. The service, location and the actual apartment was excellent. Supermarkets, Subway system and great shopping are all nearby. It was also great to have laundry self service available and the breakfast basket was great!. The bedding was very comfortable including the sofa Beds, and very clean. Very friendly staff, very prompt.
I'll definitely be going back to NYC next year and Indefinitely be staying there again.
The website is excellent. Very easy to search through. The pricing showed is what you get...

We stayed at the 4 Midtown East at 49th  Manhattan on 31st Street for a very special 30th Birthday treat, and it absolutely lived up to all our expectations! We had booked a studio apartment, but when the staff realised that it was a special occasion we were upgraded to a beautiful and very spacious one bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms! We were so grateful and could not have been happier with all the services that he hotel provided from the very trendy Niles restaurant and bar to the excellent concierge desk in the main lobby. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is only 2 blocks from Macy's and within walking distance of all great places in New York such as the Empire state building, Madison Square Gardens, Times Square and Broadway. We would also say a big thank you to Matilda who dealt with our booking, she was always prompt in replying to queries. We would use your services again and are currently planning our trips for next year!
The only thing that would be handy on the website would be an availability calendar, rather than having to fill in the enquiry form. But apart from that it is great and easy to navigate around!

Recently returned from New York. Apartment 9 Murray Hill at 39thwas spacious, clean, well serviced and ideally situated in Manhattan. Cab fare max $10 for most places in Manhattan even in peak period so for four of us we enjoyed the views as we travelled around.
excellent value compared to hotel with lounge area to veg out and plan/discuss the day. would recommend

Dear Mr Lawson,
I like it very much to inform you about our stay in the 7 Midtown Times Square during our recent visit to New York. The level of service provided by your Company and your staff was very good and the apartment very well provided. Although a bit more stuff in the kitchen would be a good idea. For instance to bake an egg there is no stuff to turn it around and that sort of things. There are only knifes, forks and spoons. But that is my only remark!!! For the rest the apartment is super and it is situated in a perfect part of New York!!!! In the middle of the theatre centre full of shops and restaurants.
There is only one comment I want to make. My brother and his wife became grandparents for the third time and wish to phone the new parents every day. We can't use our own mobiles because the system is quite different in Holland. So we had to phone with a card! It was very annoying we couldn't phone from the apartment and had to do this on the ground floor. Too busy!!
Thanks to 7 Midtown Times Square we had a super stay in New York!!!

We arrived at 9 Murray Hill at 39th on 28th Oct 2006, very exhausted after long delay , thankfully on entering our apartment we soon cheered up. Our accommodation was fantastic the rooms were off excellent size an we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had the best of both worlds cook breakfast or eat out, as there was a fantastic restaurant on the corner, also I recommend the deli, also conveniently round the corner, which stocks everything from drink to bread !! Just a word off warning as this is the city that never sleeps, be prepared for the sound of traffic constant! But with views of the empire state building and within walking distance to 5th avenue, these apartments are a must.

Rebecca forwarded this onto me as I stayed in 8 Mid Town East Apartment Hotel apartment.
Overall everything was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was well cleaned each day, and the facilities were good. If I had to make any comments on improvement it would be that the décor is looking a little tired and there were no sharp knives for cooking.
