My experience with apartments2book.com was a positive one, and I will most definitely be using your company again in the future. Your staff was responsive to my inquiries, courteous and professional at all times.
I cannot adequately express in words my satisfaction with our stay at 9 Midtown East at 39th. The property is perfectly situated in Midtown Manhattan, and Grand Central Station is an easy walk (3 blocks) away. The neighbourhood is quiet (by New York standards), and anything you could need is nearby including restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience markets. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The doorman always greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello, which really made us feel welcome. Whether we needed a cab, or directions, he was always there to take care of us. The front desk staff was also friendly and professional. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy, which was nice to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor, and were very happy with the accommodations. The decor may be a little dated, but everything is in good condition and was quite comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends, and will definitely be returning again on my next trip to New York. Thank you, apartments2book.com!

We stayed at 4 Midtown East at 49th for 10 nights in March 2008 we had a fantastic time, the apartment and the Staff were fantastic, the looked after us very well. I would recommend this very highly. The apartment was spacious(2 bed rooms) and a television in each room as well as the sitting room. We look forward to returning there again.

My query is a clarification on cost. The confirmation email from you that included a deposit from my credit card, I believed that this cost was a deposit on the total accommodation cost and therefore to be deducted from the total cost upon payment at the accommodation in New York. When I came to pay, the cost was not deducted from the total amount. Is this the standard procedure??

We stayed at 11 Upper Westside at 75th and was very pleased with the accommodation and the price. Although the decor was slightly dated the layout was terrific. The kitchenette was brilliant as we have 2 young boys and I could feed then when needed. Actually the kitchenette was missing some essentials like knives (sharp, cutting ones) and chopping boards. The location is excellent. Having the two supermarkets over the road and being so close to the subway made life very easy. The people I dealt with in the UK office where extremely polite and patient with us, as we had to change our dates twice. Many thanks for helping us find a great place to stay. Cheers

It was spacious and spotlessly clean and the reception staff were very helpful. The apartment is also ideally located for visiting all the sights in NY. The apartment was fantastic- an excellent location and large and clean. 4 Midtown East at 49th Every morning there was a fresh array of bagels etc and juice for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was when we were to check out (we tried to do it the night before to save time) and the computer systems were not working. We had a very early flight that morning and this delayed us slightly. We asked to be sent the final bill (a receipt) which I still do not have. (I would appreciate if you could chase this).
This is a small glitch and really I cannot recommend the apartment enough. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The location was especially great...2-3 blocks from both Times Square and Rockafeller Center, and close to the subway. 7 Midtown Times Square. The accommodations were very nice, TV and air conditioning in each room and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We rented a 2 bedroom which had a pullout sofa in the living area. The staff on hand were very helpful. We are planning a trip to Rome in the fall and may consider an apartment there as well!

Overall, the serviced apartment was very good. Staff were friendly and cheerful. The apartment was well serviced and when we asked for things to be done (there was initially not enough crockery and glassware), they were done very quickly. It was clear that staff had been told to keep customers satisfied in any practical way, and they were doing their best to carry this out.
The apartment itself was just as described, and fully met our needs.
Overall, therefore, we were very satisfied customers.

Stayed in 7 Midtown Times Square in April and loved it!
Thought the location was perfect and I would, and have, recommended this apartment to my friends.

We stayed 9 nights at 11 Upper Westside at 75th and found the hotel clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and light and the hotel is situated in a good area with access to many restaurants and diners and close to Central Park. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Hi,
just wanted to say that we had a really enjoyable stay at the 9 Midtown East at 39th, for 5 nights in April. We had booked a Junior Suite for my husband, myself and son, but on arrival we were upgraded (at no extra charge) to a one bedroom apartment with 2 huge double beds; better still it was a penthouse apartment on the top floor, with a balcony and a stunning view of the Empire State building. Lots of room, stacks of cupboard space, clean and quiet.

The location was excellent, and we used the buses a lot, buying a six journey Metro card which cost just 10 dollars. We can recommend the nearby Italian restaurant, Fagiolini, on the corner of East 39th and Lexington. We also enjoyed a meal at the Madison Bistro, on Madison Avenue between 37th and 38th Streets; we had the set lunch menu for just over $20 and it was good value.
New York lived up to our expectations; our personal favourites were the Frick museum, MOMA (free on Thursday from late afternoon), the Ellis Island museum, the Empire State, the main New York Library building, and a night at the Metropolitan Opera.

7 - Midtown Times Square - Loved it...it is the perfect location for tourists to New York. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. It was the perfect tourist accommodations within the heart of Times Square and the Theatre District. I would highly recommend this place.

Our stay at 11 Upper Westside at 75th was wonderful. The Location is perfect, surrounded by lots of retail, restaurants, attractions and well placed for transportation. Also, even though on a busy street, there is very little night noise. The apartment was clean and pleasantly decorated and the staff friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be a larger coffee maker in the kitchen.

The apartment at 2 Midtown South at 31st was very good, in fact it exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to find it within a hotel, but that made it all the more special to have both the facilities of an apartment and the assistance that a hotel provides.
The property was very clean, and had everything you required. The desk was very helpful and friendly, and answered all questions professionally. The location was excellent, and was only a few blocks away from the biggest attractions.
I defiantly will look at using apartments2book again on any future holidays.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at 2 Midtown South at 31st I was expecting an apartment block as per previous experiences (not booked through yourselves) and was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel with all the services that comes with a hotel, e.g. concierge, doorman, reception. They were very accommodating on our arrival to change our room to one away from the lifts. I was extremely pleased to find a pillow menu as I have problems with my neck and upper back so to be able to have the same type of pillow I have at home was a rare treat. The location , opposite Penn Station, was perfect for us. I could not fault the accommodation or the service throughout the booking and our stay. I would definitely consider using your services again in the future.

The assistance I received from your staff was probably above and beyond their job descriptions. Something went wrong originally and two ladies on your staff, Angie and Matilda, co-operated in getting us confirmation of a booking at the last minute.
Our accommodation at the 2 Midtown South at 31st was about as we expected. Such service that we required was prompt and courteous.
Only two concerns - the rate was a bit higher than we expected for that property and the one window where there was any view at all had condensation between the panes so the window had to be open to see anything.

Recently returned from New York. 9 Midtown East at 39th Apartment was spacious, clean, well serviced and ideally situated in Manhattan. Cab fare max $10 for most places in Manhattan even in peak period so for four of us we enjoyed the views as we travelled around.

We arrived at 9 Midtown East at 39th on 28th Oct 2006, very exhausted after long delay , thankfully on entering our apartment we soon cheered up. Our accommodation was fantastic the rooms were off excellent size an we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had the best of both worlds cook breakfast or eat out, as there was a fantastic restaurant on the corner, also I recommend the deli, also conveniently round the corner, which stocks everything from drink to bread !! Just a word off warning as this is the city that never sleeps, be prepared for the sound of traffic constant! But with views of the empire state building and within walking distance to 5th avenue, these apartments are a must.

I absolutely loved it there. I will definitely be booking them again. The service, location and the actual apartment was excellent. Supermarkets, Subway system and great shopping are all nearby. It was also great to have laundry self service available and the breakfast basket was great!. The bedding was very comfortable including the sofa Beds, and very clean. Very friendly staff, very prompt.
I'll definitely be going back to NYC next year and Indefinitely be staying there again.
The website is excellent. Very easy to search through. The pricing showed is what you get...

We stayed at the 4 Midtown East at 49th Manhattan on 31st Street for a very special 30th Birthday treat, and it absolutely lived up to all our expectations! We had booked a studio apartment, but when the staff realised that it was a special occasion we were upgraded to a beautiful and very spacious one bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms! We were so grateful and could not have been happier with all the services that he hotel provided from the very trendy Niles restaurant and bar to the excellent concierge desk in the main lobby. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is only 2 blocks from Macy's and within walking distance of all great places in New York such as the Empire state building, Madison Square Gardens, Times Square and Broadway. We would also say a big thank you to Matilda who dealt with our booking, she was always prompt in replying to queries. We would use your services again and are currently planning our trips for next year!

The only thing that would be handy on the website would be an availability calendar, rather than having to fill in the enquiry form. But apart from that it is great and easy to navigate around!

Dear Mr Lawson,

I like it very much to inform you about our stay in the 7 - Midtown Times Square during our recent visit to New York. The level of service provided by your Company and your staff was very good and the apartment very well provided. Although a bit more stuff in the kitchen would be a good idea. For instance to bake an egg there is no stuff to turn it around and that sort of things. There are only knifes, forks and spoons. But that is my only remark!!! For the rest the apartment is super and it is situated in a perfect part of New York!!!! In the middle of the theatre centre full of shops and restaurants.
There is only one comment I want to make. My brother and his wife became grandparents for the third time and wish to phone the new parents every day. We can't use our own mobiles because the system is quite different in Holland. So we had to phone with a card! It was very annoying we couldn't phone from the apartment and had to do this on the ground floor. Too busy!!

Overall everything was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was well cleaned each day, and the facilities were good. If I had to make any comments on improvement it would be that the décor is looking a little tired and there were no sharp knives for cooking.

Our stay at 2 Midtown South at 31st Manhattan for 3 nights early this month was wonderful!!! From the first impression as we booked in, the staff (at all levels) were so positive and so helpful nothing at all was a problem! The apartments were superior in size, the bathrooms were fantastic-spotless and clean and every single request from Housekeeping (even for more ice-cube trays) were actioned within minutes. It was so refreshing to stay somewhere where the staff obviously are passionate about their jobs! The location was great-walk to everywhere-Macys one block and everything else so close by! Great Deli next door that has EVERYTHING in it!!! Very safe also!
We are going back next year to New York with friends and will definitely be using apartments2book and staying in their New York apartments!

My husband and I recently spent 6 nights at 8 Murray Hill at 39th studio apartment. We arrived late at night after a long flight from Australia and were warmly welcomed by the Reception staff and were very impressed at the size of our room!! Great location also!!! Its just perfect and quiet but still only a few streets away from Empire State and all the action of Mid-town! Great Italian restaurant connected to hotel and also great Japanese only a few doors away!! Would not recommend the Frontier Diner though nearby-the only American DINER I've ever eaten in which wasn't up to scratch.
Would recommend these Apartments and we will be staying there again next year when we are back in New York-also easy access to Internet in Reception which always seemed available (we used it every day!)
Also lots of interesting boutiques nearby on 2nd Avenue-New York is still the Shoppers Paradise!!!

We were expected at our accommodation, with the rate we had confirmed through your company. 15 - Central Park at BroadwayThis property is a luxury hotel in a fantastic location...we were spoilt the entire time by the attentive staff. It was a once in a lifetime getaway for us to stay in such luxury accommodations! The room was spacious, with fridge and a lounger and tons of closet space. We had an
amazing view of midtown and the east side and central park, just as we had asked. We also had the 10th floor, which we had also asked for (we'd asked for a high floor). Overall I would definitely book with your company again. I was expecting something to go wrong with the reservation or the accommodation (why would a Canadian book through a UK company to go to NYC?!) but it was all totally great.

I found your apartment 30 - Midtown Central Park Residence was in an excellent location and ideally situated for both the relaxation of Central Park and the hustle and bustle of Times Square etc. Every was well kept and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The only downside we found was that the only toilet in the apartment had to be accessed through the only bedroom. This was not convenient for the person sleeping in the living room as they had to access the toilet through the bedroom. We still very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The accommodation at the 11 Upper Westside at 75th was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very helpful with all our enquiries. The only down side was that when we arrived at 1:00 we were told that we couldn't check in until 2:00 which we hadn't been told by you. Also when we arrived back at 2:00 the room wasn't ready and we had to wait another hour. Despite the initial set back we had an excellent holiday and thank you for the booking. Mrs. L Storey
P.S. Please tell future travellers about the wonderful supermarket opposite the hotel! It would be possible to cater for yourself in the apartment, shopping at the supermarket. Though it would be a shame to miss eating out in New York!

It was great to have so much space staying with our three children on their first trip to New York. The children loved that there were three televisions! Stayed 8 nights at 9 Midtown East at 39th. Location was perfect. Easy to get to Time Square. Not too far from Chelsea/Village either. Delis in the corner. Friendly and helpful staff. Room with 2 queen beds was large and perfectly cleaned everyday. The room was also pretty quiet. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

I have now used your company to source a serviced apartment twice for stays in New York at Xmas. On both occasions your website and staff were able to match me to the type of accommodation, price and location that I required, and with the minimum of fuss. The website is a handy way to decide on location (although more info on the apartments might allow someone to choose between them better).

Last year we stayed at 9 Midtown East at 39th , an excellent location moments from Grand Central station. The apartment block was boutique, with a lovely concierge/awning/atrium, and we picked an apartment rather than studio as we were sleeping 3 guys. We got a huge lounge/dining area with 2 big sofas, a dining table etc and a separate bedroom with 2 large double beds, a decent size kitchen and bathroom. One lounge sofa was a sofa bed which was reasonable quality and the beds were excellent. Decor was a little twee and views weren't great, but the room and location were excellent value for money and we weren't in the room much.

This year (Dec again) I took my girlfriend and we picked a studio at 2 Midtown South at 31st. This was a higher quality building with a cool bar/restaurant and fantastic concierge desk who can book you anything from restaurants to helicopter flights, and they went out of their way to help (on one occasion the guy couldn't help us get a table at a much in-demand restaurant and was nearly in tears at his failure!). The studio was small but well furnished, really a high-quality hotel room with a kitchen off to one side. The bathroom was small but functional and the shower was fantastic. It is a pricier place than Midtown 39th, but this is reflected in the extras (the bar, the smart decor, the choice of pillows!). It is also in a superb location, one block south of Macys and on 7th avenue meaning a 10 minute stroll north to the heart of Times Square.

Rate changes and additions need regular updating. When we booked there was no occupancy tax and unit tax mentioned, until we confirmed the booking.
: Our stay in a one bedroom apartment at 8 Murray Hill at 39th in New York was fantastic! We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas 2005 and New Year. We are four students travelling on a tight budget, but found the apartment to be more economical than anywhere else. The apartment exceeded every expectation. We enjoyed having so much space with a separate living area from the bedroom, two toilets and two TVs. Also there was a laundry facility in the basement which was very handy. It was great having a kitchen - our only suggestion is that the kitchen could be
better equipped with utensils such as a spatula, peeler, baking tray, etc.
But the basics were all there. The house keeping staff were fantastic. The location was perfect - right near Grand Central Station. We always felt safe. We would definitely use this booking service again also. Apartments2book.com had the best rates for this property, and we had round-the clock service during the booking process.

My wife and I stayed in the 8 Murray Hill at 39thapartment in December 2005. Great location, only 5 minutes walk to Grand Central Station, right in midtown Manhattan giving you easy travel uptown or downtown. The staff were extremely helpful, the apartment big enough to give you a lot of living space. Good to have a kitchen for those days when you didn't want to brave the freezing temperatures too early to go for breakfast! Great hotel service with the freedom of an apartment. Thoroughly recommended.

The 30 - Midtown Central Park Residence was excellent. The situation is ideal being within reasonable walking distance from shops and theatres and very accessible to the subway system. The accommodation is generous and the apartment well maintained. Front of house staff were mostly helpful but could be a bit offhand when under pressure. I would definitely stay again.
This is in sharp contrast to the accommodation at Queensgate, which was expensive and lousy, poor value and to be avoided at all costs. You were going to inspect these premises yourself to review my complaints. What did you find?

We have found the 11 Upper Westside at 75tha great place to stay while in NYC. The hotel seems as if has been recently renovated. The room we have received for our 5 days stay is very large, comfortable, quiet and with a lot of natural light. The hotel is very conveniently located. We liked the very kind and efficient service given by all staff members.
I would like also to mention the high service level provided by your staff at all stages of business with your office.
It has been our first experience in dealing with you. Since we were very satisfied, we have already given your address to friends, will continue to do it and before visiting NYC or other cities, we will check first with you.

We found the apartment to be perfect 4 Midtown East at 49th. It contained two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a large sitting room with dining area and a small but well equipped kitchen which was entirely adequate. The apartment was very clean and was attended to on a daily basis. Fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, muffins and milk were supplied daily. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is located right in the heart of Manhattan, excellent for sightseeing. Would we stay again? Absolutely. A GREAT FIND.

I stayed in 11 Upper Westside at 75th in August this year with my husband and 4 month old baby and was really pleased with the accommodation. It was spacious and comfortable (although the kitchenette was tiny but I suppose most people would eat out). The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. Our microwave broke and they replaced it with a brand new one within 5 minutes. The location was great, a few blocks from central park and the museums and we were opposite the wonderful Fairways food market - which was so convenient. Also we found the cafe / restaurant next to the hotel to be very convenient, especially as they also did room service. I will be staying again.

Thank you ever so much for suggesting 1 - Midtown East 50th New York.....we had a wonderful stay this summer there. It was very comfortable.....and a quiet place to stay in the heart of New York. The staff there was very helpful, courteous and the room was very well kept always. We as a family do highly recommend it as a place to stay....the only thing is there was no washing machine in the kitchen ....wish there was one it would have been great and really convenient!!!!!!!!!

Reservation and confirmation was handled very efficiently by your staff - the New York reception staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The accommodating was also very suitable and convenient for our needs - 4 Midtown East at 49th location was ideal in that we were only two blocks below 5th Avenue and three blocks from Grand Central Station he daily supplies of coffee, tea, milk etc in the apartment was also most welcome. I have now stayed at three of your properties - Toronto, Sydney and New York and the facilities, location and rates have all been extremely satisfactory. I will not hesitate in choosing your service in the future or recommending to any of my friends.

We just stayed at 30 - Midtown Central Park Residence. We could not have been more pleased. A terrific location - we could be anywhere in minutes, convenient to shopping, delis, restaurants, subway, buses. The apartment was very spacious and our two grandsons had plenty of room for their belongings without the entire apartment being messy. I hope to stay there again. I would even try to plan my trip around that unit's availability.

We stayed at the 8 Murray Hill at 39th early May and are happy to report that the accommodations exceeded our expectations! We have a 2-year old son and shared a 1-bedroom with my cousin and her 2-year old. The apartment was so spacious, the boys actually rode a trike (we brought along to take to Central Park) around the living room on a rainy day! It is the only way to travel if you have children in tow. The kitchen was very well-equipped and featured nice, newer appliances, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels in the bath. The staff at the property were also very friendly and helpful. And the location was great too; we could easily walk to Times Square and the tourist hub, yet the building is on a quiet residential street sparing us the sounds of NYC traffic. Apartments2book.com offered the best rates I could find for this property. Thanks for a great weekend in NYC, and we'll definitely use your services again!

I loved the apartment at 8 Murray Hill at 39th. We stayed there from the 30th of March to April 3. The people at the hotel were wonderful. The suite was perfect! Our entire New York experience was wonderful. We spent 3 and a half days in New York and loved it. I would love to go back again and, if I do, I will definitely stay at Murray Hill at 39th. I will recommend this place to all my friends. We could walk to most of the tourist spots easily and for those places a bit farter away we took a bus. Thanks for your hospitality, we had a great time!!! :-)

The room and building were very clean, the staff was friendly, it was convenient to have the high speed internet connection, and the fresh fruit, English muffins, milk, and orange juice was a nice touch. We were very happy with our apartment 7 MidtownTimes Square The central location was affordable and ideal for a tourist, and the food shops in the vicinity were overwhelming. The staff were very friendly and informative, without being intrusive (we like our privacy) and the brochures at reception gave us all the info we needed to get around Manhattan. I particularly loved being able to open the windows and look out onto the street below. You can't do that in a lot of accommodation these days.

The 8 Murray Hill at 39th Apartment we stayed in was fantastic. The location was an easy walk to shops, transport, restaurants and major sites. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and often walked back to the apartment after a show uptown, with no worries about safety. We loved the size of our apartment even though we were out most of the day and well into the night - it was wonderful just to have closet space, a couple of chests of drawers, space to put all the shopping, 2 toilets, 2 TV's, and a couple of lounges to relax on. Also, the staff was very helpful and on one occasion they happily allowed us to send an email to our kids from their office as we hadn't found an internet cafe that day! We would happily recommend this location and property to any visitors to new York, and will definitely book it on our
next trip.

Little did we know that all five spent at the apartment would be so good.

We stayed at 4 Midtown East at 49th and thought it was great. Its a quirky old building like many in New York with hissing heating and poor double glazing which makes it noisy, but that's New York (they plan new double glazing soon anyway for the purists). The apartment was clean and simply but well furnished with loads of room - great when you have two kids with you. Some NY friends visited us there and said it was double the size of their on apartments! Its an odd feeling as you buy into self catering but its more like an hotel with towels changes daily, beds made, breakfast put in the fridge and the dishwasher loaded and turned on for you. The staff are very pleasant and helpful to limit of their brief - for more outlandish requests (like flex on checkout time) you need to talk to the manager but she is great and really helpful. Thanks also to you Angie, you were a great help sorting the cots and a pleasure to talk to.
