Again, thank you very much. Booked at the last minute, got an absolute bargain price on a 3 bed luxurious penthouse in Manchester. Also had cereals and bread/ milk/ tea and coffee provided for breakfast. Couldn't be happier.

March 2004 The 1 Arndale Apartment House was great. It is in a really good location, only 5-10 mins from Piccadilly Station. It was good having the space in the lounge to work. A working colleague came back to the accommodation to help us with our presentation. This would have been a bit more difficult from a hotel room

The level of customer service I received from Emanuela was of a high standard. Emanuela dealt with my constant enquiries extremely professionally and rapidly and she was precise and clear about the whole booking, from enquiry to completion.
The apartment was of a very high standard, and lived up to my expectations. The facilities in the room were everything you needed for a luxury and relaxed self catered break. Top quality accommodation in a rather good location.
However my only negative thoughts were that certain staff members at the reception desk were not to friendly or helpful (especially when I explained that I wasn't informed I would be paying an extra 7pounds a day just to park my car, after having spent 200pound a night for the apartment.) Apart from that, I would well recommend a stay at the 3 Piccadilly Apartment House

December 4th 2003 We were all extremely impressed with 1 Arndale Apartment House the high specification of the apartment and standard of service that we received ... they will certainly be our first choice for a future stay in Manchester (or any other city) in the future.
