This apartment was a great find!  We travelled with 3 children and the location of this apartment was perfect for walking to everything we wanted to see and be able to return to our apartment during the day if needed to eat, rest, etc.  12 Apartamentos Sol. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor away from the street which was quieter as we were not typically out late at night.  The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful to us everyday of our stay.  I will recommend this find to others!

We were pleasantly surprised on how the apartment looked! 12 Apartamentos Sol. It was really nice and to have towel service everyday is great!
Location is very good, close to everything we need.
However, it was unfortunate that we only had 1 key to share. The staff was courteous although if they have additional knowledge or recommendations what good to do or go in Madrid is better.

I am very happy with the booking.  14 Apartments Alcala  was good and very convenient location allowed both dining out and shopping. The porters were very friendly and helpful. Altogether was perfect. Thanks a lot. I would recommend this apartment without any reservations

Many thanks for identifying excellent hotel standard accommodation at 2 Apartments Azca Superb support from the apartment's staff including 24hr reception team, cleaners, room service & maintenance added to the quality of our visit to Madrid. Only 10 minutes walk from the Bernabeau Stadium and with the metro system to get anywhere quickly, our 3 generations party (Children, Parents, Grandparent) all had a fantastic time. Dave Edwards.

Very nice apartment, staff helpful when I managed to lock the safe without setting new pass number.  3 Apartments Retiro apartment very comfortable, quiet and clean. Would have appreciated a wee bit more kitchen equipment, e.g. a coffee maker !

The apartment   5 Apartment  Palacio is very well situated. It's ideal for the city centre, sightseeing and there are cafes very close. We followed advise from a previous feedback and  requested a room high up overlooking the Palacio Real and grounds. This was not a problem. We always wore footwear in the room as we felt the place could do with a deep clean and refurbishment - it is a bit drab. Also the TV reception was poor and had a lack of English channels - we enjoy watching British news when abroad if nothing more than to scoff at the bad weather ! The apartment was spacious and the bedroom at the rear was peaceful. The staff were easy going and helpful. As I was touring by motor cycle we were well pleased that a 24 hr manned underground car park was next door (reduced rate for guests). Overall the pros outweighed the cons.I suppose the best accolade is to affirm that we would return.

We had a wonderful time at  14 Apartments Alcala  in Madrid.  The room was clean and very quiet.  The staff was very accommodating and helpful.  I would definitely stay there again.

I was extremely comfortable at the 17 Apartmentos Mayor Centro during my week's stay. It was a perfect location for exploring Madrid - the apartment was spacious and well equipped. If you're looking for improvements, I would suggest a better wireless router - reception on the fifth floor was patchy and very slow when it did work - and perhaps one English language channel on the television. But overall I was very pleased with the accommodation.

12 Apartamentos Sol. Excellent location for Tapas bars and restaurants in "old Madrid". However a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper when the bars turn out about 2.30am. Friendly, efficient service from the female staff at reception too bad about the males.

I have no complaints about the apartment 12 Apartamentos Sol. It was a nice, large, clean apartment in a great part of Madrid, within walking distance of all the main sites. The price was OK. It was a nice experience for all of us.

 We were first of all very grateful to find an apartment for the New Year period at such short notice. We found the staff both in your London office and at the reception at the apartment building extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. This was especially the case with Maria in London, who arranged the apartment for us.
While the building itself in Madrid, 5 Apartment  Palacio  is not very attractive (esp. the entrance area), the apartment was very comfortable, a nice size, with a great view (esp. News Year’s Eve fireworks) and a terrific location. The only real problem we had was with the TV reception (esp. CNN). It also probably would be better if there more foreign-language cable stations.

My family and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing time in Madrid and staying at the 3 Apartments Retiro.  The staff was very accommodating and helpful.  We liked the central location of the apartments.  The rooms were very nice, clean and good size.  The only downside we had to our stay was the rude taxi drivers at the railway station.

My overall feedback on 14 Apartments Alcala is positive. As always, all depends from your expectations... I knew that the apartment was in the "budget" range, so I was not too surprised by the poor standards of the furniture/ general conditions of apartment, kitchen corner and bathroom. The staff is very friendly and we had our towels changed even too frequently! Our flat door was unfortunately very close to a very noisy ventilation system located on the landing. It would have been better if a safe was provided in the flat rather than relying on the help of the concierge for storage of valuable items. Location could not be better: it is central and it is the hearth of the shopping district, very lively during day and evening. The metro stop (two lines) is at 5 minutes walk and in 5 stops you reach all the main touristy attractions and the old city centre with its nightlife.
If you decide to show my comments on your website I like you to publish them in full... good and bad bits...

Comments on Apartments Arguelles
  Our family had a great stay at 11 Apartments Arguelles The front desk attendants were friendly and attentive and nice to our children.  The location is outstanding; close to the metro, el corte ingles, restaurants and shops, and walking distance to the Palacio, Gran Via, and the University.  Arguelles is an upscale residential area with all the amenities.  Our room had a great balcony, and converted nicely for a family with two children.  Our only suggestion would be to add a few more cooking items to the kitchenette.  We'd definitely stay there again!

My stay at 14 Apartamentos Alcala was good. Its central proximity to many tourist attractions allowed us to walk throughout most of downtown.
On another note I would like to recommend that heavier curtains be installed on the front bedroom  window. Due to the apartments great location
the city street is noisy quite often to wee hours in the morning, affecting one's sleep. Heavier curtains could act as a noise buffer to those sleeping in that bedroom.

Our experience with your booking service was excellent, efficient and prompt, questions were properly answered and suggestions made were useful. The Apartamentos 12 Apartments Sol is very centrally located, making walking to most down town museums and attractions easy. Stores around the apartment are plentiful and eating and drinking opportunities are in abundance. The room was spacious, and clean with a nice bathroom and cooking facilities. The street noise in our room (facing the street) was noticeable, but was almost eliminated by the air condition fan, which we found a soothing noise.

The week in Madrid at the 5 Apartment  Palacio  was quite satisfactory.  The location was great, close to Metro, Palacio Real, and within walking distance of many of the sights.  Especially appreciated was the helpful staff at the desk who answered our questions regarding location, transportation, places to eat, etc.  Communicating in English certainly made it easier for us with limited Spanish-speaking skills.  Our suggestions regarding the facility itself would be hot water in the sink by the stove, refrigerator with better temperature control, and a clean shower curtain.  With just two of us, we had plenty of space and were able to relax after our daily outings.

We were generally happy with the 3 Apartments Retiro. The location was excellent. It was sufficiently spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff in the building were very helpful. The only real problem was that the second bedroom was extremely noisy from relatively early in the morning to later at night; all the sounds from the hallway and the cleaners room next door penetrated loudly. Maria, at apartments2book was very helpful, responding quickly to enquiries with accurate information. When we came to pay, however, the building seemed unaware that we had already paid a deposit. Not a problem once we showed them a copy of the confirmatory e-mail from yourselves.

The 3 Apartments Retiro in Madrid are in a fantastic location, the furnishing and fittings in the rooms are comfortable and in good condition. The sofas in particular are large and very comfy. There are more cupboards and wardrobes than in my whole house. The air conditioning works well and very quietly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement are, the laundry service takes 3 days , the only English TV channel is CNN and the TV has no remote control.

The apartment 15 Apartamentos Cortes in Madrid was clean and spacious. The staff was young, courteous, and helpful. The neighbourhood is very loud at night and I could not sleep without the use of earplugs. Yet overall, my experience with your company and the hotel was a positive one.

From the outside 5 Apartments Palacio looked a bit unloved, but inside it is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Its in an ideal location in the old city, within walking distance of many of the sights and nightlife and easy access to the metro. If you're lucky you can get an apartment facing the Palacio Real with great views from the balconies on the top floor. Very good value.
