Dear Mr Lawson

I am emailing you to thank you for a wonderful stay at .6 Marble Arch. We were there for two stays in December and January of this year and it was really superb. Many many thanks must go to Shane Andrews who listened very calmly to my many requests - he was wonderful and so helpful. I was particularly worried given a bad experience we had had on another holiday ( not in London) and really wanted the accommodation to be special. He put us in wonderful rooms, everything as promised and made our stay a particularly comfortable one. Many, many thanks to him.

All your staff were very helpful , our rooms were kept clean and tidy and we have already recommended you to friends in London who stay in Oxshott and liked the apartments for visitors and to many of our friends back here in South Africa. We will most definitely be returning.

Furthermore I would appreciate if you could let me know the room numbers that we had : I think they were 41 and 42 and then 64 and 65. The latter on the 6th floor were most comfortable for our family.

Hearing from you makes me wish we were still in London! The location of 16 - Chelsea Apartment House was fabulous. The staff was always helpful. We were very happy with the staff. A couple of minor things about the flat--we were too warm at night, even for that time of year. There was no cross-ventilation in the flat, no breeze coming in the windows. For that weather, our bedspread was too heavy. Being on the first floor, we were bothered by the street sounds. Next time we would probably request a flat on a higher floor. We needed something lighter. There were no directions for operating the television. It was complicated. Even turning it on and off was a mystery. The staff came to our rescue! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for asking us about it.

My family and I stayed at .6 Marble Arch room No. 45 from 10th July 2007 to 25th July 2007. We truly had a wonderful experience there and as usual as I am staying in wonderful apartments whenever I visit London since January 2003 on regular bases 3 to 4 times a year. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and always so nice! Elias , Samuel , Shane , your self and specially Victor is one of a kind and our trip was made more memorable due to his fabulous personality. Honestly there is nothing but great memories of our time at 2 Hyde Park Square! Hopefully we see you soon again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. 20 - Earls Court Apartment Residence My only suggestions are not meant as derogatory statements but only as suggestions as we would most definitely stay there again next time we are in London.
1. There were no salt and pepper shakers.
2. The television did not pick up any Sky movie channels.
3. The shower head in the master bedroom bathroom was broken/plugged/very old.

Our stay at the 2 Paddington Apartment House was very satisfying. We--two adults and a child--were impressed by the clean environment, helpful staff and very, very, convenient Central London location. We hope to stay there again soon.

it is Hardip just responding back to your email, the apartment London Heathrow Apartments we where staying in was fantastic it was clean, bright and smelt lovely, the only problem I did have was in not sure if you get a phone in your room there was one outside the kitchen door but it did not work, but I am not even sure if it was a phone just to call reception if we had any problems which we did not so it was fine. On a overall the service was excellent no room for improvement. I most defiantly will recommend the apartments to friends and family. Also will be staying again with you for my 22nd birthday in August the 29 so will be very much be looking forward to it.

I stayed at Property 12 - Curzon Residence recently. It was very comfortable, warm, great for getting taxis right outside the door. The cleaning staff came and went quickly and efficiently, almost unnoticed. The only drawback was opening the elevator doors straight into the apartment - a bit difficult using keys in a confined space. But overall very good, and the proximity to Shepherd Market, restaurants and coffee bars very convenient.

We made another return to 18 Little Venice and I have to tell you that it is still one of our favourite places to stay. Excellent management and it is close to everything but far enough away to have a nice quiet neighbourhood. We will certainly return there again Your website is excellent. I used the car rental feature that you refer to and I am very pleased with them. They provided an excellent program at a reasonable price with terrific service.

Everything about our stay was top-shelf. The room was very spacious and housekeeping did a fantastic job.6 Marble Arch is in an extremely convenient location so getting to the tourist spots was a short and easy trip. I Will highly recommend your hotel to anyone planning a trip to LondonThank you for being part of our wonderful vacation

We just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful visit to London at 6 Marble Arch W2and its environs, thanks-in no small part- to your wonderful apartments. Wine shop, grocery an restaurants in the neighbourhood. Tube stops in easy walking distance, and Paddington station virtually around the corner and of course, your apartments were perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-appointed apartments (not to mention good water pressure in the shower) and quiet location. Your apartments will be our first choice when we come to London again.
