Good Morning
We spent a week in Florence in April of 08 at the 9 Arno Apartments on the Arno River. Our accommodations were perfect for my sister and I. The staff of the apartment building were most helpful on many levels. The apartment was clean and very secure. As it is on the corner of a busy intersection, we did have some traffic noise (mostly sirens) on one particular night, but nothing too disturbing.
We would like to suggest that a bus schedule be placed in the apartment along with the other information left for us. As we were located on several major bus routes, that would have been most helpful. One never really KNOWS what you are getting when booking online, but I would not hesitate to use your services again in Florence or any other city that you have listed. The process was easy, the studio apartment fit our needs perfectly, and the staff at the residence was most helpful. Thank you for making our Florence trip so memorable.

13 Apartments San Lorenzo was an excellence choice. The location is superb, staff was very courteous, and the apartment was very nice. It was extremely spacious and the terraces overlooking the city were spectacular. There were some very small red spiders on the terracotta of the balcony that made it difficult to sit outside (might want to look into that) and the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken making it "dangerous" to use. Otherwise very nice apartment and I would definitely stay there again on a future trip.

I am more than pleased to give some feedback about 16 Florence Apartment Suites, Florence.
We very much enjoyed our stay in Florence, the apartment being very central for our needs.
Ms Karima was extremely helpful in staying and waiting for our arrival. She was also very helpful with answers to our questions ! We found the accommodation to be clean and comfortable, the Beds being especially good ! We found the Kitchen area a little short of preparation space, but we could have moved a Table nearer ! The facilities were very good, such as the TV and Laundry and the Lift. On a point of comment, the shower head in the main Bathroom is in need of attention but did not stop us using it ! Also, we arrived with TWO people not present, so there were only FOUR of us.
We four felt that if the other two had been with us, it would have been uncomfortable for them as their room had no real storage for clothes, such as a Wardrobe.
Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and I , personally, found the the whole booking process through your Company to be very easy and a pleasurable experience. Thank you for giving us a good experience whilst in Florence !

We stayed at the 21 Via Condotta Apartments for three nights. We felt that it was a well appointed apartment, nicely furnished, well located, clean and comfortable.
We would recommend it to other travellers.
Florence was colder than we had envisaged so it took us a while to get some heating sorted out but once we did this it was fine. I'm sure that in warmer times it would be nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view.
The staff were friendly - the two that we met didn't speak English but this wasn't a problem as we worked out what needed to be done!
Our 200 Euro deposit was returned without any fuss.
The only thing to watch is that for any visitors who have trouble with stairs there are several flights that need to be navigated leading up to and after leaving the lift. The lift itself is a bit of an adventure - possibly a contender for the slowest lift in the world but this added to the charm of the place.
The apartment was between the Duomo and the Ufizi and everything, including the Ponte Veccio, was within good walking distance. We walked to and from the station as well.

We had an excellent stay at the 7 Firenze Apartments in Florence. It is right in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the square and Duomo. All of the museums and churches are a short walk from this location. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the staff friendly and helpful. There was some music and noise in the square until about 2 in the morning, but we were able to close the window shutters to block it if we wanted. Also, if you plan to wash clothing, I would recommend finding a Laundromat in the city rather than the hotel's service, it can be very expensive , as we found out. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in centre of all the attractions, and I will definitely stay here again.

Hello there! Yes, my husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in 3 Spirito Apartments It was just when the weather began to really heat up and we REALLY appreciated the air conditioning! It was a very nice apartment - but I would make a couple of suggestions: the quilt/throw on the bed could look a bit cleaner or newer and we could have used some washing up liquid and a washing up brush. We were only there for 3 nights so it wasn't worth us buying that kind of thing. Oh, and maybe a larger coffee maker - it only did one tiny espresso at a time!
The staff were very pleasant and helpful - we would recommend it to our friends!

3 Spirito Apartments is on balance a very good place and a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful, the location on the Oltroarno interesting and convenient but not too hectic as some in the Centro are. There is a wonderful view of the back of S, Spirito. I would have preferred a double (queen) bed, but it was fine, My only real complaints are with the mosquitoes who came wandering in during the unusually warm days and stayed all night. Perhaps providing some device that takes care of them would assure a better nights sleep; Aside from that I will highly recommend the place to anyone in the future.

Mr Lawson I loved the apartment.18 Living in Florence It was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my home away from home. Also in a great location - close enough to all the sites, shopping, and transportation, yet tucked away on a quiet alley and removed from the noise of the city.
I mentioned to the property manager upon checkout regarding the faulty light switch - it is stuck and does not toggle anymore. Just bringing it up to make sure it gets addressed. Also worth mentioning is the big pot I found in the hutch by the door (still there). It had been horribly misused, before i got there, and is beyond all cleaning and repair. You may wish to replace it. Thank you for the apartment I will be in contact soon about reserving for next year!

We had a wonderful stay in Florence, 5 Piazza Duomo Apartments the duplex apartment was First Class having been converted very tastefully. We were right in the centre of the city, just minutes from the market and with all the hussle bustle in the street outside. Once inside the complex it was a wonderful peaceful atmosphere, with a lovely courtyard to relax in, and parking space.

I would not hesitate to use aparments2 book again.

9 Arnon Apartments is nice little building located on a charming place nearby the Arno river; we lodged in a lovely apartment which overlooks a typical tower of Toscane on one side, and the Arno river on the other side.
This apartment is located at the first floor with lift, decorated, clean with all modern conveniences; any park places for cars are available if necessary in a closed private space.
9 Arnon Apartments is well situated, about ten minutes on foot to the very centre of the historical city and not very far from well supplied “supermarket". We are grateful to the caretaker for his welcome, the information's we got from him about Florence and its surroundings all along our stay. In short, we have spent lovely holidays, we will never forget.

I am responding to your request for feedback on our rental at the 18 Living in Florence at Via Della Pergola in Florence.
In general, we were quite satisfied with the apartment and the service provided. The apartment manager Adriana was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was essentially as advertised. All in all, I would stay there again and use your service again.
One small qualm. Some parts of the building and other apartments in the building were undergoing renovation. While the workers were quite courteous, there was a bit more noise -- banging and power tools -- than one would consider normal. I felt that we should have been told this beforehand, and some accommodation should have been made in cost of the rental.
Again, that's a small qualm and wouldn't prevent me from renting the same apartment again and using your service. But I thought I should mention it.

We stayed in 5 Piazza Duomo Apartments in Florence from October 8th to 13th, 2005. Our suite was very spacious and clean. One of the best things, we think, is the staff. They are absolutely fabulous. Every morning we got new maps showing us the best route for the places we wanted to walk that particular day. They were always so friendly. 5 Piazza Duomo Apartments is in such a central location that we walked everywhere we went, except for the hop on hop off bus. There is a great restaurant right next door. It's so close to all the tourist places we wanted to see and to great shopping in the little shops and the open markets. If we ever come back to Florence, we would stay here again. Thanks for great memories.

As others have commented, clearer directions from the station to the various locations would be helpful.
We stayed in property 5 Piazza Duomo Apartments for 5 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & were pleasantly surprised by the quiet location, the facilities (microwave, large fridge, & cooker), & the friendly & helpful staff. Excellent value compared to hotels. Some tips
for future users: There's a small cafe just 4 or 5 doors up to the left as you walk onto Via Faenza that we found to be useful for a breakfast coffee
& croissant (or whatever) & cheaper than anywhere further into town. Friendly welcome, clean, & also stocks the basics - bread, milk,
preserves, beer, wine. We didn't try the larger one further up. If you are arriving at S.M.Novella station, it's less than 400m to the apartment. We
found that turning left up Via Valfonda from the station & then taking the first right t to join Via Faenza (where you turn right again), was a much quieter & easier route than taking the Via Nazionale, past Via Fiume, & turning left up Via Faenza. There's a good traditio! nal trattoria virtually next door (rt as you walk onto the street) with good food, friendly staff. Can also recommend Le Fonticine about 100m left on Via Nazionale. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

We loved both the Rome 4 The Palatine Hill and the Florence 5 Piazza Duomo Apartments accommodations. The staff at both places were quite helpful and did everything they could to make our stay more enjoyable. We even moved furniture from 1 room to another so we could all have dinner together in Florence. The Florence staff even special ordered croissants every morning for us. We thought the breakfast in Rome was a bit high; Florence was quite reasonable. Our only suggestion would be to provide a detailed map or directions with the exact location of the hotel. We had booked a night in Venice through another company and they even had restaurant suggestions along with very detailed directions. We would certainly recommend your website to anyone and we were very pleased with the caliber of the apartments. Thank you so much for all the trouble you took to make sure we would be in the same hotels as my brother. I really appreciated you thoroughness. Thank you again.

The 3 Spirito Apartments. in Florence was an absolute delight. The owner and the reception staff were so helpful and friendly - as indeed were all the staff. The apartment was lovely with a small but adequate balcony and the view over gardens towards Santo Spirito was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. We found the city quite magical, but it was so nice to be able to get south of the river and away from the city centre bustle in the evening. The Oltrarno was a perfect place for us to stay - surrounded by locals and with lots of interesting workshops, markets, restaurants, bars, etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company or 3 Spirito Apartments. We had a truly wonderful time, thank you.

My stay at t 18 Livi ng in Florence 2 was excellent. The location was extremely convenient, within walking distance to everything worth seeing in Old Florence. The markets were close by, so I frequently cooked out of the kitchen in the apartment and saved allot of money - while enjoying foods that the locals eat. I also saved time and money by using the washing machine attached to the apartment. The Apartment is very quiet, air-conditioned, and couldn't have been more pleasant. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I very highly recommend staying . It was wonderful for me.

We loved our stay at 5 Piazza Duomo Apartments Firenze. The flat itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed. It is centrally located and yet very quiet because it it set around an inner courtyard. The family that owns and manages it were absolutely delightful and hospitable. They have done an outstanding job renovating this residence, which was originally a printing press (ask to see the renovation photos). We would highly recommend this accommodation and the price was quite reaseasonable compared to that of a hotel. A real find.

5 Piazza Duomo Apartments was quite decent and the level of service and courtesy were quite correct. I cannot think of any obvious suggestions to improve it.
It would be nice to have something similar in places like Rome or Venice, where we were less lucky with respect to price/quality ratio - this is not the fault of your company.

Thanks for asking. The accommodation was fine 3 Spirito Apartments. but we heavily missed a coffee maker or at least a coffee pot with a filter to make some coffee. All we found was a little espresso maker that was so tiny that we could not even make one normal sized cup of coffee.
The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful.
So everything was fine (besides the coffee maker) and I certainly will enlist your services again when I need an accommodation abroad.

Well we enjoyed Florence very much staying at the 3 Spirito Apartments. The apartment was in a nice cool quiet street, and there was a lovely view of the church. Location was great. not too far from the city centre, and really close to our favourite nightclub! The apartment itself was a good size, just what we wanted really.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that would be of help, would be some washing-up liquid for the kitchen. We were only there for a few days and didn't feel like buying a whole bottle to do our few dishes.. we ended up using the shower gel provided... but I think it would help keep the place tidier.

We were very pleased with the 1 Apartments Piazza Della Liberta in Florence, and found the staff to be very helpful and professional in their service. The deluxe studio apartment was perfect in size, amenities, and extremely quiet. A very important factor for us when travelling.
On one occasion there was construction noise next door after 5:00 pm, so my husband voiced his concern to the manger about this work going on into the evening. She promptly took care of notifying the property owner, who halted the work and noise. After that, there wasn't a problem.
We also found the location to be convenient to shops, historical sights, bus stops and an excellent restaurant was almost next door. After a long day of sightseeing, to have such a nice place to dine so close by was really a god send. We also appreciated the convenient send out laundry service handled through the front desk, reasonably priced and very good service. This property is first rate, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

I just want to let you know that my stay at the 3 Spirito Apartments Apartment in Florence, Italy was completely satisfactory. It was arranged by your reservation agent called Claudia De Filippo. She arranged the apartment within two days, which I was very amazed with your speedy internet booking. I loved the nice terrace/balcony over looking the S. Spirito Church and garden as per picture on your web site. There was a small minor mis-understanding of a booking fee that was deducted by the Resident and with one phone call to Claudia, she straightened it out right away for me within one day.
The owner Mr. Luca Antonucci and Ms. Christina Focardi, the manager were very helpful and hospitable. Even the maid was courteous and helpful, which all made my stay very enjoyable.

We had a lovely time The apartment 5 Piazza Duomo Apartments Florence is in a perfect location, we could walk anywhere and everywhere. If you have a car it is locked behind doors at night. The apartment is actually big and very comfortable with everything you need (except maybe a microwave but not that important). The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Perfect place we really enjoyed it! In fact we are thinking of going back this summer!

Nice to hear from you. We just got back from our Month long trip to Italy and planned on writing to you.
We were very pleased with both accommodations that you arranged for us. The Florence place 3 Spirito Apartments was absolutely stupendous. We could not have asked for more. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was adequate and the unit was serviced daily and, the location just perfect. The view from the balcony was unbelievable with the outlook to San Spirito church and gardens being just super. Lots of swallows and the church bells ringing (not to much) made the place a joy to live in. The staff at the apartment were very helpful and willing. We have nothing but good words for the experience. The location was just what we needed with everything within a ten to fifteen minute walk. We had a wee hiccup when leaving but, it was our fault and we managed to catch our train to Rome on time. I recommend this spot.
All in all, a very good experience dealing with you and apartments2book I will spread the good word.
