Dear Martyn,
Our 3 bedroom apartment was fantastic with views overlooking
the Gulf and the Palm Jumeirah.10
Dubai Beach Resort The apartment was spotlessly
clean and I mean spotlessly clean and I would have no reservations
with regards to recommending these apartments to my friends
and family as they are well
equipped and in a prime location, for now! However, as
the Hotel (which is situated directly in-front of the apartments)
is soon to be demolished (November of this year I was told
by a member of staff) and a 90 floor tower built in it's
place, I feel it would certainly spoil any future stay
at apartments. Firstly we wouldn't be able to use the hotels
facilities and secondly the noise from the demolition/re-building.
We as a party were devastated by this news as we had planned
to return Easter 2009 for 14 nights instead of our usual
10. HELP! I did visit an apartment in the Jumeirah Residence
but it was no where near as good. I could go on and on
about all the positives of these apartments and this is
the reason we feel so upset by the future development.
I would also like to say thank you to you and your staff
for your prompt service when booking our apartment and
allowing us to have such a memorable holiday.

Dubai, was a fantastic place to stay, we would recommend

Dear Mr Lawson
Our week stay at 10 Dubai
Beach Resort was fantastic. This was
our first visit to Dubai and was not sure what to
expect. The apartments where very big and well furnished,
the service was excellent. If you have the 3/4 bedrooms
you get an even better view. This property is next
to a lovely beach and a short taxi ride from the
big shopping malls.
