Dear Mr Lawson,

 I spent a very good time in 2 Cairns Studios apartment accommodations during my visit to Cairns.
The apartment was clean large and functional. All electric appliances were working,. I found the tropical atmosphere really nice and well integrated in the city.
I was very kindly and very efficiently informed and assisted by the receptionists about the tours available on the Reef.
I would have two suggestions though :
- the air conditioning is a bit loud
- there is a lack of long chairs at the swimming pool

Hello Martyn
I am sorry not to have contacted you before departing for Australia, in fact we had already left by the time your email + call came through, as we were staying with friends and family for 10 days before we moved into the apartment in Cairns. I had already intended to contact you upon our return (yesterday!) to inform you of the high standard of the apartment rented through you  9 The Cairns Resort on Esplanade We were very happy with it, it had recently been painted and refurbished with new carpets and furniture so felt clean and fresh. We had a front facing apartment which we had requested so were thrilled to have had this allocated. The lounge and bedroom area were very spacious and comfortable and to have free use of a washing machine, tumble dryer and ice machine on our floor added to the whole enjoyment of apartment living. We will definitely consider this option again when travelling to Australia as the experience was far more enjoyable than staying in a hotel where you are tied to hotel meal times and food available.
All in all we had a very relaxing week made more enjoyable by the high standard of apartment and the facilities.

Hi Folks

We had a fantastic family holiday in 1 Cairns Apartment Village Cairns during August.!  There is always a risk booking on the web where the event may not live up to the
expectation. The apartment was better, larger and furnished to a level that was beyond our  expectations.
We found the complex well managed (good to see the Gen Manager walking about!), staff very friendly and efficient and providing the kind of services suited to family groups.
Only negative - the gym is a joke!
