The apartment 20 Residence Marie Louise was excellent.  Modern styling in an older building.  The area is very close to EU buildings, and close to the metro.  Daily maid service is included and was excellent.  The only negative was no self-service laundry facilities were available on premises.  I have stayed at 4 different temporary flats and this was the best quality/price.

The location is excellent 9 Residence Parc Leopold  within walking distance of the Grand Place and the nearby Place Luxembourg has a variety of restaurants etc. and good bus transportation.
We had a problem when the pipe carrying waste water from the washing machine became disconnected and water created a minor flood. I told the concierge at 7am and it took 3 hours before someone came which was disappointing .
Otherwise I found the concierge service very good. They provided us with the name of doctor when we needed one , and when I left some handkerchiefs in a drawer at departure and called back from Amsterdam they had the housekeepers recover them and hold them for my pick up on my way to Brussels Airport. I appreciated that.
They should do a better job of explaining the use of the key to leave the garage. They did tell me the particular door I should use but didn't explain that that was the ONLY door which that key opened. That system is understandable if explained but it's not self evident so it needs to
be explained.
The hot water was not really hot enough , except first thing in the morning. Perhaps it just takes time to reheat after someone has a bath or uses either washing machine. If so , it would be good to explain that. Or perhaps the thermostat needs to be set higher although I realize that having it too hot would be undesirable.
The information in the apartment explaining the use of the washing machine was for a different machine than the one actually installed. You should correct that.

My stay at 8 Place Schuman Collection was excellent.  The flat is well located (I especially appreciated this after I discovered the great patisserie near by).  I appreciated that it was a secured building in a good neighbourhood.  All of the people I dealt with at the hotel and the apartment office were fantastic and very willing to help me.  The apartment itself was comfortable and met my needs.

I was delighted with the 2 bedroom apartment (FLAT 44) I rented in Brussels in June 2006. 18 Flathotel Brussels the location was ideal for me, and the convenient tram line made getting around Brussels very easy. I was particularly happy to have a wireless internet connection. The staff were all very helpful and courteous.
The only negative during my stay was the smell in the refrigerator. I think someone must have recently left meat in the refrigerator and it rotted. Whenever the door of the refrigerator was opened, the smell was very obvious. I did not use the refrigerator very much during my short stay, but had I been staying longer, I would have requested another refrigerator. It certainly needs to be replaced.
I am look forward to another stay in Brussels and I will definitely rent an apartment in Flathotel. Thank you so very much for making my Brussels vacation most pleasant.

I stayed at 8 Place Schuman Collection, which is about 7 minutes walk from Schuman and the Metro, 3 minutes from Parc Cinquintinaire, and 5 minutes from the nearest shops and restaurants: altogether an excellent position.  The apartment was clean and spacious, in good condition and reasonably well equipped.  It was a great help to be able to use the ‘business centre’at any time in the Hotel, just around the corner.  The price was low so I accept a few minor imperfections and overall I considered it very good value for money.  I would be very happy to stay there again.  I was sufficiently pleased to recommend apartments2book to several colleagues who were staying in hotels.  I have stayed in apartments in Brussels for short periods in the past and find that the apartments2book method is much simpler than for the previous organisation I booked through (though not quite as simple as booking a hotel room).  Thanks to Maria for acting promptly to make the reservation.

  Sorry for such long delay in replying. My friends and I stayed in the 6 Residence Grand Palace and were very pleased from start to finish. The location was excellent being only one block off Grand-Place and so was not at all falsely advertised as sometimes happens. The apartment was spotless, spacious and modern. Thank you for a highly recommended place to stay in Brussels, Regards, Joan Butler. One thing - we left the apt on Sunday, our final day, to get a coffee and on our return found our magnetic-strip keys no longer worked. We weren't aware of this and had to call management to let us in for our bags. They arrived speedily but could have been saved the trouble had it been pointed out that the key would not open the door after 12 o'clock.

I loved this apartment! 8 Place Schuman Collection It was very, very comfortable and the amenities were wonderful, including the high-speed internet access across the street at the hotel and the laundry facilities downstairs. Plus the people were very friendly and helpful and responded to my requests promptly (although the phone took a few days but not a big problem). The only problem was noise from the downstairs neighbour who entertained loudly until late at night. Not sure how to control that problem.  My only recommendation would be a few more kitchen items, like coffee filters for the coffee pot, salt and pepper, a dish towel and maybe one or two more pots and pans.
I would definitely stay here again. On top of everything else, the location was superb..

We were delighted with our stay in 6 Residence Grand Palace Brussels.  It's a very central location just a minutes walk from Grand 'Place.  We had a very spacious ground floor apartment with a lovely inner courtyard which was just perfect for our 3 children.  It is also a very safe location as it is directly opposite the main Brussels police station.  We found the receptionist to be extremely friendly and helpful, we had a problem with the bath which she attended to instantly, even staying back after work to do so. She also has excellent English. If, hopefully, we return to Brussels in the near future, we would definitely stay at 6 Residence Grand Palace again.  It has a wonderful location in the heart of the city.
We were also very pleased with your booking service and found it extremely efficient.  We have used apartment booking agencies before when staying in London but were generally disappointed by the level of service, description of apartments etc. We were very pleasantly surprised by your efficiency. Although we were a late arrival, arrangements worked perfectly.

We were very pleased with both the apartment at 9 Residence Parc Leopold and your service .A temporary problem was the noise of works going on in the next building, and the rather squalid outlook onto the building site across the road, but I assume that was why the rent was on special offer?

I am most satisfied with the 6 Grand Place in Brussels. It was beyond expectations and I had an enjoyable working week in Brussels. The central location was superb. The apartment was excellent and I enjoyed feeling " at Home." I mainly prepared breakfast in the apartment. I had a minor complaint with the water that they tried to fix instantly.
