Very much enjoyed staying in a 10th floor 2 bedroom apartment 9 Back Bay Apart Hotel Boston. Apartment clean, modern and well decorated. Beds comfortable. Only downside was fold away bed for 5th member of our party - not really large enough for an adult. Excellent location in the Back Bay area. 5 minutes from nearest tube station so made trip back to airport convenient and cheap - only $2 per person. Good value.

We were very pleased with both the apartments in Boston 3 Central Boston Apartments. Everything went very smoothly with check in and the locations were both great. I would especially like to mention the doorman - he gave us such a friendly welcome and showed us up to the apartment, dealing with our mass of luggage himself. The Garrison Square apartment was huge and stylish, however if I had one tiny complaint I would say that the bathroom there could benefit from being updated soon.

I really appreciated the effort you made to find accommodation for us at such short notice, and was very impressed with the level of service you offered. I would definitely book with your agency again!

Many thanks to you and your company for finding our family an apartment in Back Bay area on our recent holiday to the USA.

Because we were a family with two young children, we were not keen to stay in a small hotel. The apartment 10 Back Bay Apartment Collection. was perfect as it allowed us the space and room to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The location could not have been more perfect, we were only a 5 minute walk to the Hop on Hop off bus tour which we did for the two days we were there. We also had easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. We were therefore able to purchase food to prepare in the kitchen for breakfast. The apartment was much bigger than we had expected and having air conditioning was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this apartment and your Company to any of our friends visiting an overseas country with young children, wanting to avoid hotels.

Many thanks once again, Boston was the true highlight of our trip.

I had a wonderful experience with my apartment in Beacon Hill, 10 Back Bay Apartment Collection. I had some date changes at the very beginning and Martyn was on the ball with getting back to me right away and helping me find an apartment that was available for the dates I was in the city. It was so easy and feels so much more personal than spending all that time in a hotel. Keeping leftovers and making breakfast helped with expense and it just felt so relaxed; like I was at home. I will be travelling to Scotland in the spring and have already checked on the apartments in Edinburgh!

We loved our stay in Boston! Staying in  the apartments2book apartment was like being a real part of the neighbourhood, rather than staying in a fairly non-descript hotel room that could be anywhere in the world. This instead gave us a real feel for the area, and staying in the beautiful brownstone building made us feel like real Bostonians, at least for a few days anyway! The service at reception was perfect; we did have a small problem with our room key not working in the master front door lock, but this was rectified very promptly. The room itself was perfect, had everything we needed and the price was great. After travelling for a couple of weeks prior to arriving in Boston, and staying mostly in hotels and motels, it was lovely to have the self-contained kitchen – meant that we could make our own breakfast and store things in the refrigerator. We also travelled to New York City on this trip, and wish I had known about your apartments before I had made the booking for our accommodation there. Would recommend  2 Boston Townhouse Apartments apartments to anyone – lovely neighbourhood, short walk to Back bay Station, a laundromat right across the road (which was a savoir after travelling for a couple of weeks!) and supermarkets and cafes very nearby.

Thanks very much for a very enjoyable stay – I am getting a bit sad as I write this from back home in Australia while I reminisce about our wonderful trip to the USA, as Boston is a fantastic place, made all the more better by our stay at  2 Boston Townhouse Apartments.

The apartment was fantastic 3 Central Boston Apartments (location, cleanliness, and decor etc). You had contact information and availability of service. The only downside was we were not instructed on what to do with the key/garage door opener upon checkout (there was a property manager there 6 days a week for that purpose, but we checked out on a Sunday and he was unavailable. As well, when we called for instructions we did not receive a call back to confirm what to do (but we had notified your service centre if we don't hear back we would leave the keys etc inside the apartment, but we would have been more at ease being instructed what to do).

Other than that everything was fantastic and better than expected.

The  4 Back Bay Residence Boston were everything we expected. The key pick up procedure was flawless. The apartment was very clean and the booking procedure was wonderful. For us the location could not have been better. I would definitely use apartments2book in the future and have recommended them to friends.
