A superbly located apartment Hotel with a wonderful selection of great value for money apartments which offers fully serviced accommodation for flexible rentals for both short stay and the longer extended stay.
All the apartments offer well equipped and spacious modern accommodations with stylish contemporary decor including open plan kitchens in flexible living and dining areas.
Both good size studio suites and the larger apartments with 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and pull out sofa beds are available. The 2 bedroom apartments also have 2 full bathrooms together with a washer and dryer and private balcony.

We found the 15 CBD Apartment Hotel very well suited to our family's needs and it was reasonably accurately described on your website. centrally located, well-equipped, clean but somewhat cramped, and very well attended by a helpful and accommodating staff. We did not find the state of repair to be as good as it should have been, and we did have to ask a number of times to have various appliances repaired or kitchen implements stocked, although staff were most helpful and obliging -- they certainly tried to help. We found it surprising that internet service was not available in the apartments as yet, and we encouraged the hotel management to add this feature.

Superbly located in the heart Sydney's entertainment district adjacent to Chinatown and a short walk from the gateway to the now vibrant Darling Harbour, a large and recently developed leisure area with its wonderful waterfront position, variety of entertainment and extensive Harbour side shopping, Paddy's Markets together with many other popular attractions including The Sydney Aquarium, the exotic Chinese Gardens and The National Maritime Museum.
