Conveniently located on the outskirts of the historical area to the south in the lively residential district of Ostiense between the main road and railway line, yet with easy access to central Rome by metro or bus - 3 stops to the Colosseum.
The Local area is bustling with lots of daytime and night time activity. Many shops, restaurants, trattorias, bars together with  the Roman nightlife including discos and trendy nightclubs.
NOTE : A night club is also adjacent to the residence.
The new Universita Roma Tre is nearby.
