A wonderful 19th Century Haussmann town house in the heart of central Paris which offers superb apartment accommodations for short stay holiday rentals or the longer extended stay for business or relocation.
This is a unique and exclusive residence because it combines traditional old Parisian charm with a lovely modern design including the latest technology, yet elegant and stylish, retaining lots of original features and historical character including some wonderful fireplaces, parquet floors with thick rugs, stained glass windows and decorative ceilings.
All the apartments do vary in size according to the rental tariff and have their own individual style, so are all different but always include a separate living room and dining area including a pull out sofa bed, some also have 2 bathrooms.

Apartment Location

Conveniently located in the 16th arrondissement alongside the River Seine on the right bank in a very nice upscale and elegant residential neighbourhood, perhaps one of the best in central Paris, which is close to the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero, Parc des Princes and Roland Garros.
The local neighbourhood has a very nice shopping area around rue de Passy and the Auteuil quarter with lots of fashionable boutiques and  designer shops together with some excellent dining with a wonderful choice of great value Parisian restaurants.

Nearest Metro

A short walk at Jasmin - line 9 and the train at Boulainvilliers.
