Apartment Description

A small 16th Century period apartment residence with a wonderful central Paris location which offers a very individual  choice of unique and charming furnished accommodations for short let holiday rentals or the longer extended stay.
All the apartments are combining a lovely modern French style with lots of original character including beamed ceilings, high lattice windows and wooden or terracotta tiled floors.
Both the popular open plan studio and the larger apartments with a  separate living room are available which vary in size according to the rental tariff.

12 Apartments Saint Germain was very spacious, warm, large, and clean. The representative, Ulrike Deze, met us promptly as pre-arranged and gave us lots of information about the area, events going on while we were there, even calling us mid-visit to let us know if an event she thought we might be interested in. One of us had stayed in and apartment in the Marais before and also on the right bank near La Madeleine but found the St. Germain de Pres area lively and a wonderful location for both right and left bank activities. A few more cups and better stovetop coffee maker would have been nice.

Apartment Location

Superbly located on the left bank in the northern quarter of the 6th arrondissement in the heart of the picturesque Saint Germain des Pres with its village like atmosphere crammed with lots of historic buildings, wonderful upscale shops, designer boutiques, art galleries, pavement cafes, French bistros and restaurants.
Walk across the Seine to the spectacular Cathedral Notre Dame and the fascinating Ile de la Cite, then on to the Louvre - the worlds largest museum with its vast collection of art and rue de Rivoli with its wonderful shopping.
Its also convenient for a variety boat trips along the Seine.

A short walk to St.Germain des Pres - line 4
and Odeon - line 10.
