A convenient Orlando location with easy access from Interstate 4 along the 528 Beach line Epy, so in a central position near to the Florida Mall which offers affordable and comfortable living accommodations.
 Its also just a short drive from the central International Drive area with its superb choice of dining, entertainment, attractions and designer shopping malls together with the Orange County Convention Centre and all the major theme parks - Universal studios for example is approx 3-4 miles.
 A good choice of local  amenities are nearby including plenty of restaurants and shops including a Wal-Mart supermarket.
