Overall we were very happy with our apartment at 9 Midtown East 39th in terms of service and of course location. The fitness room and laundry were particularly welcome. On the less positive side, the heating system was impossible to control hence the apartment was rather too warm on most occasions. The mattress of the sofa beds requires to be changed. Nevertheless we are a family of 6 and were very happy with the accommodation.

10 Upper Westside was perfectly located. The price was right. The hotel was charmingly shabby-chic. We liked the fact that the windows actually opened. Service was very good, friendly. A call regarding a malfunctioning room safe prompted a quick response. Linens were clean, housekeeping staff pleasant and efficient. On the negative side. The TV had volume problems, the stereo was not working and there were no drip mats for winter boots, bathroom tiles were worn ,bathroom sink had no stopper, hot water was only an occasional luxury, the microwave oven needed a good cleaning. I would recommend, respectfully, a full, detailed inspection of the place. Having said all this, we were very happy staying there and would return.

We had a very pleasant stay at the 7Times Square Midtown. New York The Location was excellent, very central to fifth Avenue and Broadway.
The staff at the apartments were second to none - very friendly, helpful and very accommodating and humorous even in the early hours of the morning.
The service of the apartments was excellent- very impressed with the daily service provided.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments and I will certainly come back again.

The apartment was excellent, I will never stay in a hotel again.  It had the hotel advantage of desk and maid service, but it was so nice to have my own equipped kitchen. The launderette was also a great bonus as we were there for 8 days.  Also masses of storage space for all the shopping. The accommodation  8 Murray Hill at 39th met our requirements in all important respects. The housekeeping service was excellent and very responsive to special requests. The gym was a useful feature. Just one suggestion for the future! Fitting an  extraction fan in the kitchen area in order to remove cooking smells and smoke would be a useful enhancement. IT WAS FAB!!!
I have to say, it was especially nice having a room with a balcony (and view - even if it isn't of the 'setting sun' kind!)….it was well situated for ALL the main 'attractions', and for any a little further away, to stop a cab literally outside the door.  The hotel receptionists (guys) were always helpful, the rooms were kept very clean and towels provided on a daily basis.  It was an especially nice touch to provide milk, crumpets, supplies on our arrival….
From the point of our initial telephone conversation about our requirements to speedy checking out (an essential given a 6.30am latest check-in time at JFK), I cannot find any fault whatsoever with your service and your recommended accommodation.
I would have no hesitation in using your Company again and recommending both your company and 4 Midtown East at 49th to anyone visiting New York in the future.

I can tell you that we had a fabulous time in New York, and the 11 Upper Westside at 75th was superb!! The property was centrally located, a few minutes walk from Central Park and the Hudson River, and only blocks from shopping on Broadway.  Upper Westside at 75th was ideal.  Our One-Bedroom Suite was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious - even with 5 of us in it!! The staff were exceptional. If we had a problem, they responded immediately. And the price was right! I can not recommend Upper Westside at 75th enough, and will be sure to tell everyone I know just that!

Our stay at 2 Midtown South at 31st was a great success, having been to NY many times we know how hotel rooms can be small so we were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our apartment.

I had a very pleasant stay at the 20 Upper Westside Budget Rooms a quiet corner of Manhattan.  The rooms were clean and comfortable and they were enhanced by plenty of filtered sunlight. (And I say "rooms" because I was given two single rooms separated by a bathroom.)  The staff were very helpful and always polite.

We found the apartment to be perfect 4 Midtown East at 49th. It contained two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a large sitting room with dining area and a small but well equipped kitchen which was entirely adequate. The apartment was very clean and was attended to on a daily basis. Fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, muffins and milk were supplied daily. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is located right in the heart of Manhattan, excellent for sightseeing. Would we stay again? Absolutely. A GREAT FIND.

 I stayed in 11 Upper Westside at 75th in August this year with my husband and 4 month old baby and was really pleased with the  accommodation. It was spacious and comfortable (although the kitchenette  was tiny but I suppose most people would eat out). The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. Our microwave broke and they replaced it  with a brand new one within 5 minutes. The location was great, a few  blocks from central park and the museums and we were opposite the  wonderful Fairways food market - which was so convenient. Also we found  the cafe / restaurant next to the hotel to be very convenient, especially  as they also did room service. I will be staying again.

The accommodating was also very suitable and convenient for our needs - 4 Midtown East at 49th location was ideal in that we were only two blocks below 5th Avenue and three blocks from Grand Central Station he daily supplies of coffee, tea, milk etc in the apartment was also most welcome. We just stayed at 30 - Midtown Central Park Residence. We could not have been more pleased. A terrific location - we could be anywhere in minutes, convenient to shopping, delis, restaurants, subway, buses. The apartment was very spacious and our two grandsons had plenty of room for their belongings without the entire apartment being messy. I hope to stay there again. I would even try to plan my trip around that unit's availability.

We stayed at the  8 Murray Hill at 39th early May and are happy to report that the accommodations exceeded our expectations! We have a 2-year old son and shared a 1-bedroom with my cousin and her 2-year old. The apartment was so spacious, the boys actually rode a trike (we brought along to take to Central Park) around the living room on a rainy day! It is the only way to travel if you have children in tow. The kitchen was very well-equipped and featured nice, newer appliances, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of  towels in the bath. The staff at the property were also very friendly and helpful. And the location was great too; we could easily walk to Times Square and the tourist hub, yet the building is on a quiet residential street sparing us the sounds of NYC traffic. Apartments2book.com offered the best rates I could find for this property. Thanks for a great weekend in NYC, and we'll definitely use your services again!

I loved the apartment at  8 Murray Hill at 39th.  We stayed there from the 30th of March to April 3.  The people at the hotel were wonderful.  The suite was perfect! Our entire New York experience was wonderful.  We spent 3 and a  half days in New York and loved it.  I would love to go back again and, if  I do, I will definitely stay at Murray Hill at 39th.  I will recommend  this place to all my friends. We could walk to most of the tourist spots easily and for those places a bit farter away we took a bus.  Thanks for your hospitality, we had a great time!!! :-)

We were very happy with our apartment 7 MidtownTimes Square   The central location was affordable and ideal for a tourist, and the food shops in the vicinity were overwhelming.   The staff were very friendly and informative, without being intrusive (we like our privacy) and the brochures at reception gave us all the info we needed to get around Manhattan.  I particularly loved being able to open the windows and look out onto the street below.  You can't do that in a lot of accommodation these days.

 The 8 Murray Hill at 39th Apartment we stayed in was fantastic.  The location was an easy walk to shops, transport, restaurants and major sites.  We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and often walked back to the apartment after a show uptown, with no worries about safety.  We loved the size of our apartment even though we were out most of the day and well into the night - it was wonderful just to have closet space, a couple of chests of drawers, space to put all the shopping, 2 toilets, 2 TV's, and a couple of lounges to relax on.  Also, the staff was very helpful and on one occasion they happily allowed us to send an email to our kids from their office as we hadn't found an internet cafe that day!  We would happily recommend this location and property to any visitors to new York, and will definitely book it on our
next trip.

We stayed at 4 Midtown East at 49th and thought it was great. Its a quirky old building like many in New York with hissing heating and poor double glazing which makes it noisy, but that's New York (they plan new double glazing soon anyway for the purists). The apartment was clean and simply but well furnished with loads of room - great when you have two kids with you. Some NY friends visited us there and said it was double the size of their on apartments! Its an odd feeling as you buy into self catering but its more like an hotel with towels changes daily, beds made, breakfast put in the fridge and the dishwasher loaded and turned on for you. The staff are very pleasant and helpful to limit of their brief - for more outlandish requests (like flex on checkout time) you need to talk to the manager but she is great and really helpful. Thanks also to you Angie, you were a great help sorting the cots and a pleasure to talk to.
