Strategically located in the heart of Lisbon centre close to Praca Marques de Pombal, a large bustling square known as the Rotunda.
This important square leads to one of Lisbon’s major shopping streets, the beautiful and scenic Avenida da Liberale. With it’s wide, tree lined boulevard including many interesting architectural features. Full of fashionable shopping, designer brands and attractive gardens amidst its pedestrian pavements and sidewalks.
Many major tourist attractions are also within easy reach including the fascinating Alfama neighbourhood. This is Lisbon’s oldest district, but much renovation of the houses and new restaurants has now been completed where local Fado music can be heard. Overlooking Alfama is the medieval castle of Sao Jorge with superb views of the city and to the west of the neighbourhood discover the ancient Lisbon Cathedral.
