It is Hard just responding back to your email, the apartment London Heathrow Apartments we where staying in was fantastic it was clean, bright and smelt lovely, the only problem I did have was in not sure if you get a phone in your room there was one outside the kitchen door but it did not work, but I am not even sure if it was a phone just to call reception if we had any problems which we did not so it was fine. On a overall the service was excellent no room for improvement. I most defiantly will recommend the apartments to friends and family. Also will be staying again with you for my 22nd birthday in August the 29 so will be very much be looking forward to it.
