Lovely self catering studio apartments in a small house on the outskirts of Dublin which offer exceptional value for money extended stay rentals.
These are compact, but well equipped and functional, open plan style studios which offer very comfortable budget style accommodations and are well furnished with lots of character and a lovely "Home from Home" atmosphere including wooden floors together with a small  kitchenette and diner.
Some of the studios have enclosed balcony.

We would certainly use this site again as the accommodation was as described. 5 Budget Studio Dublin.
The house is very unusual to look at but once inside it is spacious. It is owned and run by Shaun. who is very pleasant and lets you come and go as you please. The house was quiet and clean. It was a nice surprise when we were shown to our room to discover that a starter pack of good quality food was in the fridge and shelves to help us get started. The house is a short walk from the local train station which we would recommend to use as you are in a great position for coastal train journeys and they are extremely efficient. So I would recommend this house as a great place for people who do not want the bustle of Dublin in the night so they can have a sound sleep before sightseeing starts again the next day

Apartment Location

Conveniently located on the outskirts of north east Dublin in a small seaside suburb with a lovely village character and atmosphere, yet with easy access to the city including the commercial and business quarters including the IFSC, so ideal for convenient and low cost living close to  Dublin.
The village is well served with lots of local amenities  including plenty of shops and supermarkets, delis, pubs, cafes and restaurants, the beautiful St. Annes Park, indoor swimming pools and heath spa and of course its own seafront promenade.
