A small and recently constructed apartment block in a typical Dublin neighbourhood, developed around a central courtyard which offers a wonderful choice of very private and independent, furnished accommodations for short or long term apartment rentals.
All the apartments offer  a comfortable, modern and functional  style of accommodations including wooden floors and a light airy style of decor and furnishings with 1 or 2 separate bedrooms including double and twin beds, separate living areas together with a well equipped kitchen and a private balcony or terrace.

We had a pleasant stay at  3 Village Quarters Apartments in Dublin especially as the weather for our long weekend was warm with constant sunshine.  The hotel staff were very helpful, the flat was comfortable and clean.  It is well-equipped (including iron/ironing board and hair dryer) except for cooking utensils and dishes - you can make breakfast, sandwiches or a salad but would have difficulty producing a hot meal.  But who wants to cook on holiday, we just ate out! Apartment Location

Conveniently located in the heart of Dublin's Village Quarter tucked away in a secluded side street within a modern gated development, yet within easy walking distance of the beautiful St. Stephen's Green and Merrion Square with its Georgian character, together with the major shopping area along Grafton Street and the bustling Temple Bar with its wonderful Irish culture and lively nightlife.
On the doorstep there are plenty of local shops and a supermarket, lots of places to eat and drink including some traditional Irish pubs, lively bars and music venues.
For more peaceful relaxation, take a stroll along the Grand Canal which is just a few steps away.
