Superbly located in a central Dublin suburb overlooking the River Dodder in the quiet, but developing residential area of Irishtown, yet with easy access to the central areas of the city, so ideal for convenient and affordable living in Dublin.
On the doorstep is a small shopping area including grocery store, excellent butchers and a very good choice of pubs.
The commercial and IFSC financial quarter is a short walk across the toll bridge with its fast developing quaysides and walkways, leisure activities, cafes and restaurants, pubs and the Point Theatre with its live entertainment.
Nearby you will discover Merrion Square with its lovely Georgian character, Lansdowne Road Rugby Stadium which host many major sporting events and concerts and the beautiful Herbert Park.
A short walk will also take you to Sandymount, a lovely seaside village which has lots of local amenities including grocery shops, a supermarket, butcher, post office, pharmacy, video rental, restaurants, pubs and of course its own promenade and beach! Transport
