with their own character and style but all offer exceptional value for money accommodations for short say rentals or the longer extended stay.
All the apartments have been updated and offer good space with a functional and comfortable style, flexible beds
and include a kitchenette facility and private balcony.
Both the popular open plan studio and the larger family style apartments with 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
are available together with a 3 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 7 people.

I first stayed in 17 El Saucon 8/12/03 for 2 nights. The apartment was excellent, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Slight hitch with getting the keys, but there was a bar across the road where we waited - no problem! This was my first time in Barcelona and loved it so much we booked for Xmas

Apartment Location
Superbly located in the interesting and typical downtown Barcelona neighbourhood of Poble Sec with lots of local
character, charm and turn of the century buildings.
This neighbourhood is surrounded by many major attractions, both historical and the more modern which are all
within easy walking distance such as the bustling tree lined Las Ramblas to the east, the Placa d'Espanya with its main transport
hub a few minutes walk to the north and the vast Museum area to the east including the Olympics on Montjuic, so ideally positioned
to discover the heart of central Barcelona.
The local neighbourhood also has lots of small local style shops and many restaurants and cafes on the doorstep.
Nearest Metro
Just a few steps at Poble Sec (Green Linea 3) which goes directly to the downtown including Las Ramblas, The Harbour and Marina and Passeig de Gracia.
