All the apartment towers are recently constructed with a modern style of accommodations which provide very comfortable living for short stay rentals and the longer extended stay.
Each apartment is extremely spacious - approx 90sqm and so ideal for families which usually includes 2-3 double and twin bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining areas including a wonderful balcony with magnificent views of Barcelona and the coastline.

Overall, the 14 Diagonal Mar apartment was very nice and comfortable. My colleagues were very much impressed. It was new, clean and spacious even for six persons and with all the facilities (swimming pool, fitness centre - even though we were unable to use them). It was worth the money we paid. Security was our outmost concern and your apartment was superb and the garage was just the cleanest garage I've ever seen. The location of the apartment is also ideal - away from the hustle of the city, very private, peaceful and quiet within a building complex, a commercial centre nearby complete with groceries, restaurants and shopping stores, a short walk to the beach, strolling even late in the evening. I just hope your place will be well maintained. Your staff was very helpful especially Ms Velez with the reservations and Michaela when we arrived and when there was something we need like when the coffee maker was malfunctioning. We could not ask for more.

Apartment Location
Unique and fast developing location in a new residential neighbourhood within the City of Barcelona at the end of the Avenue Diagonal, yet within 200 metres of the seafront, beach and a large shopping mall together with easy access to the downtown City including Las Ramblas and the historic Gothic Quarters with all its wonderful historical character and bustling atmosphere.
The local area around the Sant Marti quarter near Port Olympic has many shops and places to eat and drink including a large shopping mall and lots of entertainment and recreation facilities.

Just a few steps at Selva de Mar, Besos-Mar and Besos Yellow Linea 4 which goes through the harbour front and marina into the downtown areas of the old historical city. |
